"Mom, I'm leaving now" with that said I'm out through the door heading to school.
✴ FLASH BACK ✴
"Today is the worst day ever" I tell Kristy as we are left alone doing our project.
"Tell me about it "she says with a lethargic sigh.

Friday morning :
As you can see our project is talking about sugar, brown and white ..... I was stopped right then and there ,just by the side glance of the most mezmerizing and cutest boy I've ever seen...

Kristy clears her throat and I was snapped out of my daydreaming......forgetting that I was presenting to a group of 6 graders," it's not like they understand what I'm talking about" I say to her.*

After presenting ,Kristy and I went roaming around to see the other projects on display ," So "she said breaking the silence , " I saw you daydreaming on Nathan".

"What ? ,No I wasn't" , my heart skipped a beat at the sound of his name .

"Pfft!, don't lie to me Hannah , I saw the way you looked at him."

"A least I'm not the one who likes leonardo!"
( Leonardo is a guy in our class)

Kristy just smiled shyly and kept walking.

We continued walking , laughing so hard at the projects that were so cheap, looking as if they belonged in a dollar store.....
I stopped in my tracks as I stand in front of the guy Kristy said I was supposedly daydreaming about, my heart instantly stopped beating as he was about to say something....

"Hi my name is Nathan, I'm new here would yo--
He was interrupted by Andrea (the school slut) who was trying to let her hand slip through his shirt.

I was shocked as Nathan quickly rejected her offer and continued talking to me..
"So as I was saying I'm new here so ,would you mind showing me around ?...

I quickly replied ,"sure" .
We walked in silence as I remembered I ditched Kristy back when Andrea appeared .
"Shit".
"Is there a problem ? "
"No not at all, everything perfect"
As I should know Kristy is probably going to text or call later tonight.

We kept walking in silence until he spoke again "you know I saw you checking me out"
As I heard those words , I felt so embarrassed I just burst out laughing .

"Why is that funny?" He asked.

"No reason , I just find you kind of you now.....cute! You and those head phones".

He chuckled with a smirk on his face "

By this time we had already reached the front steps of the school.

" who knows maybe your even cuter than I am "

My face heated up instantly.
"So I'll see you on Monday ? " I asked.

"Yeah, can't wait, see yah".
The weekend past by quick it was Monday morning.
