To Be So Lonely. (H.S)

Preface

Flashback.

"I can't" I said feeling small under his intense gaze, I've never felt small around him, I've always felt safe, but now he's standing in front of me, his green eyes cold and distant when he hears my answer.
"No"? He repeats calmly, I nod quickly, he's in the wrong not me .
"Why"? He's still calm and I don't know how he's so calm.
I feel us starting to drift apart already, if I can feel it surly he can.
"Y-you know my dream is to become a writer Harry, I have to go to college for that and become something I love and I can't do that on tour with you" I say, hoping he will understand, before Simon signed them he would cuddle me and we would talk about our dreams, his of becoming a singer and me a writer.
He would understand and build up my confidence but now I can feel my confidence and strength slipping away bit by bit.

"You know my dreams and I'm not gonna follow you around the world" I whisper.
I look up and see the cold expression still there.
Silence is ford between us, we're standing in the snow outside my house , cold air surrounding us.
I can feel myself breaking.
"If you can't then..." He trails off.
I'm scared but I know what's coming.
"Then what"? I look at him, I can feel my eyes start to tear up, the lump in my throat staring to form.
"We're done".
The words sound foreign coming from the lips of an angel.
"Your a coward" I whisper anger starting to creep in.
"What"? He says, for the first time I see a different emotion on his face, fear and suprise.
He's never heard me be mean before, neither have I, but I've never seen him like this before either.

"A fucking coward Harry Styles".
I repeat, I one last look at him, his nose is red from the cold, brown curls framing his face.
I slowly turn around, my strength slipping as I take a step away from him.
I walk through the snow, not looking back as I close the front door.
