A/n: Y/n the kangaroo is a single mother with her baby joey named C/n has moved into town of Happy Tree Village a while ago to start a new life here after dealing with a divorce of her ex-husband at Grassy Plains Town. One day, Pop looses his only son, Cub and started looking around his house as well as the whole town to look for him until it turns out that Y/n had Cub the whole time when he started climbing over her pouch with C/n inside. Pop thanked Y/n for keeping Cub safe and the two of them decided to start dating after finding out that they're both single parents in order to learn the true ways of proper parenting.

On a nice spring morning here in Happy Tree Village, comes around a newcomer here in town that just recently moved here from Grassy Plain Town, a young F/c kangaroo and her young joey, Y/n and C/n, who moved here because after dealing with a trial for a divorce with her lazy ex-husband that cheated on her with another woman back at Grassy Plain Town, the now single mother and her little beloved joey are now living here in Happy Tree Village to start a new life.

Y/n: This town is quite peaceful and beautiful despite of the strange events happening here every day, but at least everyone will be okay by the end of the day.

With her being a single mother and all, she really cares for everyone including her little joey, C/n, who's taking a nap inside of her pouch while she is washing the dishes in the kitchen sink. After the two them moved here, they quickly made a lot of friends here making her feel welcome here in town.

Then suddenly, after she finished drying off the last dish from the strainer, she felt something climbed into her pouch and when she looked into her pouch, she found a cute little bear cub with a red propeller hat with a very curious look on it's face as it was exploring on it's own and it looks like C/n is waking up from it's nap after the cub bear got inside of her pouch. With a yawn from the young joey and seeing someone else inside the pouch with him, he was happy to see a young child as the same age as him and began playing with him since he always wanted a friend to play with and he doesn't get much friends back at Grassy Plains Town. Y/n does have a passion for kids including C/n and she has the dream of becoming a preschool/kindergarten or even a caretaker at a daycare center.

Y/n: Huh? Why, hello there little one. What are doing inside of my pouch? Did you just climbed in there out of curiosity?

Cub: *Giggles*

Y/n: Aww you're so cute. Your parents must be worried about you. Where are you parents, little guy?

Cub looked at her for a bit until he realizes that his father, Pop might be looking for him after Cub ran off like that with Pop's back was turned. Pop is very protective towards his only son, Cub because like Y/n, Pops had to deal with a divorce with his ex-wife and he's now taking care of Cub ever since they both lived together in Happy Tree Village. However, whenever troubles strikes in this town, either Pop or Cub get killed or seriously hurt in every certain type of situation they both got themselves into, which also made Pop fully regret for what he has done to his only son.

From Cub getting ran over by a car to getting covered with sharp nails, which Pop had to carefully get them out with a hammer to getting his eyes burned from looking at the sun with a telescope to Pop having to hire Lumpy, who got the job as an exorcist after Pop had read a cursed spell book that he bought from a yard sale that made the demon from the book possess Cub's body and after they got the demon out, Pop's (Obviously) accidently killed Cub with a shovel and had to bury him in the yard.
