A boy precisely the age of four can be seen running towards the Hokage tower with his appearance mostly describes as cute little fox

His hair being golden blonde
His skin being a healthy tan
His body still have some baby fats but that's fine since his still four turning five this next month
His cheeks that weirdly have three whiskers on each side of his cheeks
His eyes being a breathtaking sapphire blue or ocean blue

He wears a blue long sleeve shirt underneath a white shirt with a spiral design
And blue shorts with his ninja sandals consisting of a blue color with open toe

He was panting at this rate but he never cared since he was excited to show his grandpa what he caught and found out

Though if you look closely

Villager's seemed to be gossiping about the boy

" It's that 'thing' again, why did hokage-sama decided to keep that abomination inside the village?" A female villager said or let's just call her V1

" I don't know, maybe because hokage-sama is old?, I mean old people tend to do things that are unnecessary " V2 said disdainfully looking at the boy

The boy who miraculously heard what they were whispering about suddenly slowed down and looked down at the road while his early happiness dampened

"What did I do to make them hate me kyu?"

" I for one do not know kit, their just dumb people, maybe they got their head bonked with a hammer or something and made their brain go small to the point they let their hatred consume them? "
