I'm low on ideas, but I want to start updating this book again.

I'm just gonna drop it here that I now realise I don't feel comfortable writing things to do with serious medical conditions such as depression and eating disorders. It's extremely hard to write for something I don't have any experience with, so if there's anything you want to requests please be mindful of this.
