A New Friendship (3)

May's POV
I turn around to see a young man that's about 20.

"Ha! Thanks! You play too?" I ask. He nods and sits at the computer next to me.

"My names Tom," he says. "May." And we played minecraft. We got on a server and played hunger games before the bell rang.

He shoves a piece of paper in my hand and says, "Bye May!" I'm left sitting at the computer in shock. "Bye..." I whisper back to nobody.

"OMG HE WAS SO CUTE!" Listening to boy talk with Skylar... A bit crazy...

"Slow down! What's his name again?" Amber asks, sighing.

"Sam! Or Sean! Or something with an S I don't know! But it should be D for dreamy!" She says, jumping up and down.

Facepalm. "Well, you should get to know him more!" Amber says.

"I already know him so well though! We're going to get married!" She says, making me slam my head into my desk.

I really hope she's right though! She needs someone in her life. None of us have a boyfriend, which is surprising giving our natural beauty *hairflip*

But seriously, that'd be great! Skylar finding love, in college. What a small world it is...

Tom's POV
She was stunning. I had to give her my number! I mean it's not often you find someone your age that plays minecraft.
I'm 20!

I pull into my apartment complex and say hello to my roommate Tucker. He says hello back and I go into my makeshift recording studio to record a video for YouTube.

"Hello ladies and gentlemen! Welcome your faces back to the world of Mianite!!!" I play for about 3 hours and get tired. Just as I'm about to drift off, I remember May, and I decide to call her.

"Hi! Yeah this is Tom!" I say, trying not to screw up. "Hey!!! How are you!?" She says. "Good! Just wanted to call you to let you know that I am calling from this mobile device and it is mine..." I say, cringing at the last part.

"Haha! Well I guess I'll see you tomorrow free period!" She says. I hang up and let out a breath I didn't realize I had been holding in.

"Who was that?" Tucker asks, wiggling his eyebrows. I facepalm and say, "Just a girl I met free period. She plays Minecraft too." He nods and walks back into the kitchen.

And I fall asleep finally, dreaming of a world made of blocks... A peaceful one.
