This series revolves around Four female police officers who work at a Mahila Police Station in Lucknow which consists of SHO Haseena Mallik, SI Karishma Singh, Head constable Pushpa Singh, and constable Santosh Sharma. A male constable named Cheetah Chaturvedi also works with them. They are helped by a reporter, Sunny Chaddha, and their prisoner Billu Champat. Constable Cheetah and Sunny have a crush on Constable Santosh which mostly annoys her.

As Karishma and Haseena have different ideologies on solving cases it creates a rift between them, Karishma Singh is short-tempered and Haseena Mallik is emotional. They both decided to leave the police station but just then DSP Anubhav Singh who is a negotiation specialist, previously in IB and an elder cousin brother of Karishma arrives to solve their differences and make them realize the importance of teamwork but his real motive was to go close to Hassena Mallik for her uncle, Mahipal Singh (who took care of her after the death of her father) as Anubhav got to know that her uncle is engaged in some illegal activities. As per the plan of Anubhav, Haseena fell in love with him and was heartbroken after she got to know the truth about the mission and his drama of love. But still knowing the truth, Haseena helps him but her uncle turns out to be innocent and it was Genda (2nd wife of his uncle) behind all this. After some time Anubhav realizes that he had fallen in love with Haseena and decided to win her heart back. Haseena still loves Anubhav but fears being heartbroken again. Anubhav confessed his love and proposed to Haseena on the day of Holi but Haseena rejected it as she didn't want to get betrayal again. Haseena and Karishma fight with each other for their different perspectives but in the end, join hands to eradicate various crimes in the society using their wit, zeal, and dedication towards their profession and the love for their country.

The story is after Haseena accepts Anubhav's proposal. They have been dating for a month. Because of pressure from both mothers, they agreed to Engagement. It is the day of Haseena and Anubhab sagai . But Anubhav is missing. He is nowhere to find. Suddenly Haseena got a letter. After reading she hurriedly left the hall. While driving she met with an accident and lost her memory. She forgets everything in Lucknow. She forgets MPT and Anubhav.

Characters:

S.H.O Haseena Mallik, Daughter of Noor Jahan, always handles cases with intelligence and emotions. She believes in ending crime, not criminals, is a good leader, and is very kind-hearted. Love interest Anubhab Singh.-HM

SI Karishma Singh, cousin sister of Anubhav Singh and daughter-in-law of Pushpa Singh with whom she always fights yet they both love each other a lot.. She doesn't like Haseena's way of solving cases and beats before talking but has respect and love for her. - KS

Pushpa Singh, the oldest member of Mahila Police Thana and Counselling Head. She is the mother-in-law of Karishma Singh. She always fights with her daughter-in-law regarding her son yet they both love each other. She was against her son's marriage with Karishma but after knowing her she feels proud of having Karishma as her daughter-in-law. She is famous for overacting. She loves Haseena as a daughter -PS

Santosh Sharma, a police officer in charge of cyber-crime. She is newly recruited in MPT and always makes mistakes and often behaves childishly. Her stomach aches when she lies or tries to hide something.-SS

Anubhav Singh, a negotiation specialist, previously in IB, always talks in pure Hindi and has a hidden talent of speaking fluent English. He is Karishma Singh's elder cousin brother and senior-AS

Cheteshwar Chaturvedi: a women Psychologist, he has a crush on Santosh and tries to impress her always-CC

Billu Champat, a thief turned spy who loves to live in Jail because he doesn't have any other place to live, however, he helps his police counterparts often, in solving cases by being a spy on criminals. He calls Pushpa Ji "Maa". He has a close relationship with all MPT Officers.-BC

Raj Singh, Karishma's Husband, is irritated with her mother and wife's fight but loves them a lot. Treats Haseena as a sister - KP

Ashtha Singh, Anubhab's Mother, Loves Haseena like daughter- Maa

Iqbal, the Barber of the locality where Mahila police station is located. Helps MPT members in solving case often-Iq

Badnaam, the tea seller of the locality where Mahila police station is located. He often gets slapped by Karishma for making bad tea and often does mimicry of Bollywood superstars. He also helps MPT members with Iqbal in solving cases often- Bd

Reporter Sunny Chaddha , has a flirty nature. He has a crush on Santosh and tries to impress her and has a competition with Cheetah. He helps the MPT Team to solve cases with his reporting skills.- SC

Mahipal Singh, Haseena Mallik's foster father. After her father's death, he found her and adopted her. He loves her like his own daughter and fulfills all her wishes. He was accused of creating a biological war. Later he's revealed to be innocent and his second wife Genda is the real culprit -MS

Mansi Singh, Mahipal Singh's biological daughter from his first marriage. She loves Haseena a lot after her second mother, Genda, who is caught in a mission as a culprit. Mansi being alone often visit Haseena's house .- MaS
