The sun shined gently, bird chirped and sang lonely tunes. A slightly breeze blew through the small town. Picking up dust, leaves and pollen along the way.
In the midst of the small town a tiny daycare stood alone in a little grass field. Art work hung from the windows. Little playgrounds and slides stood next to small sand pits. Small trees covered the land, green and shimmering perfectly in the light.
In the middle of the daycare was a man in an apron sweeping up a sand pile. Humming a cheese tune. His strawberry-golden hair shined like a dandelion in the sunlight. His body swayed with the broom, perfectly in sync.
I rode on my skateboard. My messy hair pushed into a beanie. Wind blowing into my face harshly. My school bag hanging over my slouching back.
"Shit, I'm late," I cursed myself for waking up late, I watched the scenery as I rode past quickly, checking my phone for the time every now and then."Damn it, if mom didn't keep complaining about my grades, I wouldn't be late," I moaned to myself as I stopped at a stop sign near a daycare center. It was painted green and white and there were flowers everywhere, "How cute, the lady who owns this must be so adorable," I said to myself as I heard a light giggle from beside me.
"The 'lady' who owns this place says thank you," a soft, gentle voice said as they pulled my arm onto a side walk.
"Hey! What the fuck," I said angrily as I fell on to a small yet firm chest. It smelled like baby wash and sugar cookies. An odd yet soothing smell.
"Well, those are not word to say to someone who just helped you," they said as I looked up to see dazzling blue grey eyes, long lashes and strawberry-blonde hair.
So cu- I MEAN WHAT? WAIT THIS PERSON RUINED MY RIDING!
I pushed myself off the what seemed like a flat-cheated girl, "Excuse you, Uh....Whatever you are, but how did yo-" just as I was about to finish the sentence I heard a loud snap too see a car run over my prized skate board.
"See, that would've been you, if I didn't help," they said in a cheerful voice and walked back behind a gate which lead to the daycare.
They quickly took a pair of car keys out their pocket and spun them around their finger, whistling a cheery tune."Hey!" I yelled running to the fence, "U-Uh Can I get a ride?" I blushed from embarrassment.
"What do you think I was doing, you have to get to school don't you, Mr. Big Potty Mouth?" They giggled again and opened a side garage with a small Subaru on the inside.
"W-Whatever, Asshole," I mumbled to myself and walked towards the car.
"I heard that," the person giggled among themselves.
They were so cu- I mean questioning. Yeah questioning.
I hopped into the front seat and buckled up as they back out of the garage and began driving on the Main Street.
I hadn't notice before but when I looked over I was them sitting on a booster seat, and having shorter peddles.
I began to snicker uncontrollably, and as we stopped at a stop light they turned towards me with teary eyes and a red flushed face.
"I-It's not nice to make fun of others, young man," they said as they wiped a there eyes before continuing on.
Oh. My. God. So cute....
My eyes watched in awe as he continued driving frustratedly.
After about 10 minuets we arrived at my school and I got out of the car thanking him for a ride, "Hey thanks....Uh...."
He pouted, "I'm a guy and Its Taki,"
"Oh, I'm Shuu," I said as I walked off before stopping to ask him a question before he left, "H-Hey Can I Visit You Sometime?"
His faced immediately turned form a frown to a gleaming smile, "Of Course!" He almost shouted before blushing immensely and covering his mouth, "oh, sorry,"
I laughed inwardly, he was seriously too cute. Wait, he's a guy. Fuck me. Oh well, I shrugged.
"Well, I guess I'll see you around, Shuu-Kun," He smiled and drove off happily.
"Bye-Bye, Taki-san." I mumbled to myself before beginning to endure the hell, called High School.
A/N: Okay so, this book is just a short story, not too long. Whoop whoop, hope you like it. ( ^ω^ )
