I've just recently become obsessed with Chace Crawford so here ya go ^-^

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

"Don't show the picture again!" I squealed swatting the phone away from my face.

"Just admit it, you're in love. With Chace Crawford." I laughed and shook my head at Candice, my best friend.

"I can't help it, he's hot! Especially in that new movie he's in." I wiggled my eyebrows at her, making her spit the orange soda she was gulping down her throat. She giggled, pushing back the blonde strands of hair in her face and nodding.

"This one?" This time she wiggled her eyebrows at me pulling out a DVD of What To Expect When You're Expecting. I grinned and threw my arms around her.

"You're the best!" She laughed and put it in while I got us snacks.

"You know, I still can't understand why Rosie would just leave him like that...I mean he's SUPER attractive and she up and leaves? Isn't that weird?" Candice asked as we watched Rosie walk back towards the club and Holly coming out o it with Alex.

"I know, if i had a miscarriage with him I'd just be like, 'Oh look, just more reasons to have sex!'" We laughed and continued watching the movie silently.

I woke up the next morning my face smushed against the arm of a couch and food all around me. I slowly lifted my body off of my still sleeping arm and reached for my phone. 7.34. I jumped up making food go everywhere and my foot getting caught on the blanket making me fall back to the ground.

"Candice!! Candice, get up! We're going to be late!" She grumbled as I managed to stand back up again. I ran into my room and pulled clothes out and ran into the bathroom. Candice had pulled herself to her own room and was stripping out of the sweats and tshirt that clung to her body.

"What are we late for exactly?" She asked pulling jeans out of her closet and watching me tiredly.

I stopped and gave her a look. "What have we been waiting for since last year? The thing that's supposed to change both of our lives?" I asked staring at her in disbelief. Slowly realiztion hit. She then started rushing throug her closet looking for a shirt and brushing through her hair at the same time.

Fifteen minutes later we were ready. I grabbed my keys and my phone and throew them into my purse before looking at myself in the mirror by the door. I had my dark brown hair curled and my bangs pulled out of my face, my normal makeup on, I was wearing a lacy black tanktop with black shorts and whtie Vans. I let out a heavy sigh and was ready.

"Candice, let's go!" I said taking a look at the time on my phone. 7.51. She ran passed me towards the car an I followed behind quickly.

When we got in the city traffic was bad as usual which prevented us from getting to the park fast enough.

"Pull to the side, we can run, it's not far." Cndice said pointing to an empty spot inbetween two vans. I nodded and swiftly pulled in. We jumped out and started running towards Forest Park.

While I was running I wasn't exactly paying attention to who was in my way and ran into someone. Someone who was well built, I guessed considering the thump I made against his body. We both hit the ground and I covered my eyes as the sun shined brightly into them.

"Are you alright?" He asked, already standing. He was holding his hand out, I wished I could see who he was but the sun prevented that. I grabbed his hand, which was stronger than I thought, and he pulled me up, handing me my purse and phone.

"Thanks, but I have to go, bye!" I heard him laugh and waved behind me as I tried to ketch up with Candice.

"Bye!" I heard him say and then I was too far awa to hear him anymore.

I slowed down when I got near the crowd of people in front of the podium where the man Candice and I had been waiting for, for years stood. Henry Backhill. He was an incredibl famous author and publisher. And I hoped he would like my book and publish it. He was finishing up with his speech when I met back up with Candice at the side of the stage where the steps were.

He finished saying goodbye and started his descent. When he was fully down the steps I stepped forward.

"Mr. Backhill, do you have a moment/" He nodded and smiled at me. He was quite attractive for a middleaged man.

"Make it quick." He said and stopped facing me. I grinned and pulled my notebook out of my purse and handed it to him.

"I've been writing it for the past two years, I just recentl finished it, and I was wondering if you would read it and tell me what ou think, and maybe publish it?" I smiled as he opened it and flipped through the pages.

He grunted and shoved it back at me. "It needs more detail, romance, action, basically everything. It isn't appealing enough that people would open it long enough to read the front page."

"You didn't even read it." I spat back t him, narrowing my eyes. He raised his eyebrows at me, obviously surprised I said anthing back to him. He then just walked awy. Walked away. I closed my eyes and turned back to Candice to see a tall back with strong shoulders blocking my view of her.

"Um, Candice?" I asked walking arounf teh figure and looking at Candice.

"Oh! Madi! I was just talking to-"

"Chace Crawford. The man you ran into earlie." He said sticking his hand out for me to shake it, 'We didn't formally meet, Madi."

I stared at him, my mouth open. Candice elbowed me, waking me up. "Oh, um, hi, sorry, I didn't mean to run into...you." He laughed and nodded. I couldn't believe he could be even more attractive in person.

'That's fine. I could tell you didn't mean it, but, what is a girl like you, doing here." He motione around him raising an eyebrow. I laughed a bit and bit my lip.

"She's a writer. She's been waiting for the chance to talk to Henry for years for him to read her book. By the way ho di that go?" She asked smiling at me hopefully.

"Not good. He told me i needed to add more to every aspect of it." I sighed and looked at the gorund.

"Yeah, he's a hard ball." Chace said looking at him over his shoulder.

"How do you know?" I asked, this time raising my eyebrow at him.

"Believe it or not, I'm not just an actor. I used to write before I became an actor. I came to one of these when I was about 18 to see if he'd give me a chance. He didn't and I became an actor not too long after." I smiled and nodded. There was more to him than let out.

"But, what are you doing here now?" Candice asked. I looked at him wondering the same thing.

"What? I can't make sure the girl that ran into me wasn't hurt?" He smiled at me, making me blush a little.

"So, what are you doing tonight?" Candice asked out of the blue. He let out a heavy breath and scratched the back of his neck.

"Nothing so far, why? What are you two doing?" He looked at me then to Candice.

"We were thinking of going to the bar, would you like to join us?" He laughed and nodded.

"Definitely."

"Ok, meet us in front of the Ghrills Bar at 8?" Candice suggested. I kept giving her glares but she waved them away.

"See you there." He called jogging away. My eyes lingered on him a little longer before my head snapped back to Candice.
