》 Y/N POV:
Walking out of the autoshop with a pissed expression, I stomped to my car, fuming. "Fourth job I've beem fired from since I've graduated." I thought to myself, running my hands through my hair. I didn't know what it was; my resume, how I talked to the customers, etc. Whatever it was, I needed to change.
Despite the fact that I had been constantly getting fired, I still had the support of my girlfriend, Vanessa. We had been dating for almost 6 months, at least I had her in my life, even if she was the only good thing.
Turning onto Ellis street, I drove down until I reached my house. Parking, I got out and leaned against my car, taking a moment to think. Without thinking, I began to fiddle with my Scarlet Witch ring, something I did whenever I was anxious. The Scarlet Witch had always been my favorite Avenger, and when The Decimation happened, I believed that the Avengers would fix it.
Although I didn't disintegrate during The Decimation, my parents did and I was immensely worried. For five years, I lived alone, with no one to contact except my friends and Vanessa.
Shaking my head, I sighed and walked to the front door. Stepping in, I saw a wisps of red around my house. Confused, I whipped my head around, looking for someone in my house. Upon seeing no one I began to panic, but that's when the red mist hit me, being the last thing I saw before I lost consciousness.
