Liyue was a new territory. It was quite different yet similar to Inazuma. Somehow, (Y/n) was able to adapt quickly to her new surroundings since as soon as she was dropped off the harbor, The Crux immediately sailed away to a new location, ordered by Captain Beidou.

After all, Beidou was only instructed to take her to Liyue as requested from her dear guard and only friend, Kazuha.

She was now on her own with only a satchel of mora on hand, (Y/n) began to wander around the buzzling harbor with no goal what so ever.

Soon, (Y/n) found herself climbing up the red staircase. She had wandered around aimlessly. The young girl was quite reserved, hesistating to ask for directions, so she decided to look around and she seems to have arrived in what seems to be a bookstore. This made her (e/c) eyes sparkled. She absolutely love books.

Back home, books were her only enjoyment. She often savor her few hours of freedom and solitude by reading books. This is how she got her knowledge of the world after being confined to only her room for her entire childhood.

"When travelling in a city in an unknown land, the best solution is ask for directions or perhaps buy yourself a map."

Kazuha's words echoed through her mind. It was during the time when she was listening to one of his travel stories. The samurai gave her advice on his experiences when he first set off to be a wanderer.

Her friend's way of words, was a bit hurtful but it was in fact true. (Y/n)'s sense of direction was indeed horrible. Which is why she often rely on Kazuha to guide her through the manor or even outside. The girl's conscense was indeed hurt but she have to accept the aching truth.

"Welcome to Wanwen bookhouse, is there any specific books that you are looking for?" Startling her from her own thoughts, (Y/n) looked towards the source of the voice to see a woman behind the desk. Staring at her, expectingly.

"Oh um... I'm quite new here... Is there any good recommendations?" (Y/n) politely asked, going towards the counter. "Are there perhaps travel guides or maybe maps?"

"Hmmm. Are you perhaps a starting out traveller?" The woman hummed, seemingly like she was in deep thoughts. "For maps, we certaining sell a few. As for guides, you're quite in luck. We only have one copy of Teyvat Travel Guide left. This will be the last time, we won't be selling them anymore, so I suggest buying them now."

"Why if I may ask?"(Y/n) asked, as the woman who she learned was named Jifang went through the shelves on her left.

"It wasn't just selling." Jifang sighed. Finally got what she was looking for, she went back to the counter and placed the rolled up map tied with a red ribbon and a thin book with the symbol of the adventurer's guild printed on the cover. "Here you go. These two are 2,600 Mora in total. Are you going to buy them?"

"Yes please! They'll be a huge help!" Fishing the exact amount of mora from her satchel, she quickly paid for the two. Now unfolding the map, she began to look around the areas.

"Since you said you are new here at Liyue, I suggest staying at Wangshuu inn." Jifang told her. Pointing towards the direction of the said Inn. "The sun is still out. If you head there now, you could reach the Inn before nightfall."
