Chapter 18 - The Ceremony part 1

"It seems you two back early than rest of us, huh," Sheki said while crossing her arms 

"Yup," Blue said rather in a cheerful tone " So, are we going to go now?"

"Hn, since we already spent our time in getting the things  or stuff we need for our soon departed journey," Ena said before start walking to the side before turning around, facing us all with a grin on her face while reaching out her hand " Come on, let's getting going."

We look at each other before nodding our heads, as we followed her from behind while walking to the church on the near side of the town 

at the church 

    there were many people sitting on lined chairs while some just stand  but lucky we manage to find a sit before there were no more seats available to seat on

inside the church, the walls were gray-colored bricks while on the top has a huge chandelier with candies being light up, and as for the top roof is being covered by oak wood with curves as a design on them

while on the side of the walls  there also some oak wood was placed on each side of the room as support, in front of the room there was a huge statue of a goddess who was holding an orb in her palm while on the left side there a grand piano, above it there was a huge window, shinning downlight on its place 

one of the side doors crack opened and letting the priest came inside

She has dusty long pink hair with a dark blue crown on her head. Her eye's are colored dark aqua blue while her clothes are white and blues on the sides with a tint of the dry colored gold curve and spiral design 

"Well, is here everyone here?"  The priest said who named is Lula, looking at everyone in the room " If so, then, by the command king. We shall perform the ritual ceremony by wishing the aventurer God blessing,"

before the priest could start  the ritual ceremony, a voice rang through

"My partner hasn't come here yet, So. Could please give me few more minutes please?"

The priest her head looking at a girl who was raising her hand in the air

She has  light orange-brown hair in a two pigtail style, her eye color is light sapphire while dark and light purple armor with shoulder relieving on her shoulder along with spikes on her arms while wearing a black glove on her hand

She puts her hand into her chest looking destress " I think my partner overslept, so please hold on for a second, I'II go get him please,"

Causing a lot of groans and sighs rang through the room

"Seriously," Shaki  whispered looking a little bit annoyed 

the priest in front looks disappointed  "Oh well but the clock is ticking though," before letting out a sigh " Since we can't let people who aren't baptized embark before going on an adventurous journey. So please hurry up,"

"Yes, ma'am, I'II hurry it up," She said before running out of the church to get her partner 

The priest in front let out another sigh before facepalming her face " Oversleeping and late on this big day is a big-league or just a failure,"
