Chapter Five

"Hey, Thanks for your uniform." Good thanks, my dad didn't notice that I'm wearing someone's uniform yesterday. He'll get worried for sure.

"Nakapili ka na ng club?" she asked and I shrugged. I sat on my chair and leaned back. If only I had the same brain as Jacob, I wouldn't have to do any of this.

Same day as usual, I'm just waiting for school's bell to rang. Our class ended minutes ago. I decide to join baking since 'yon lang naman ang alam kong gawin. I want to join media art club but I have no talent at drawing.

I think that the place where TVL-strand student study and learn cooking. I don't know why Philip didn't take Media Arts strand but ABM.

I finally found the room and bumped into someone. I met her during lunch. I think she's the club president.

"Ah, are you Lizette?" she asked and I nodded. She let me in

"You can join Jerome there. Based on the form you submitted, you have experience at baking. I think you should help him," she said and smiled at me.

She left the room so I walked straight ahead. I saw a guy baking alone. He combined all the baking ingredients without measuring them. Gosh, Did he know what he's doing?

"Hey, you're doing it wrong!" I exclaimed. Sinasayang niya lang ang mga ingredients.

"Miss fruit shake?" Argh, that annoying my-fault-guy.

"Hindi ka marunong mag-bake!" Kinuha ko sa kaniya ang whisk at pinatabi siya.

"Hey, Jerome or whatever your name is." I rolled my eyes and pointed the guidelines. "You should follow the proper measurements!"

I followed the recipe and put them together in the baking pan. I sat on the chair and so did he. He sat beside me and both of us wait for the inner bread to finish baking.

"You should prepare the icing. Stop looking at me," I hissed.

"What are you doing here? Sinusundan mo ba ako?" he asked. I gave him a glare and raised an eyebrow.

"You're the one who's following me. Bakit ka ba nandito sa baking club? Hindi ka naman marunong mag-bake." I saw him chuckled so I kicked his knee.

"Nothing's funny!" I exclaimed and stood up.

"No, you were funny." He smiled and went to the counter. He got a bowl and started mixing the ingredients. Tch, Good for him.

"What's your name?" he asked. Who know if he's lying? He asked me if I'm Lizette yesterday. How come that he forgot my name that fast?

"Liar, You know my name! Duh, Lizette?" I asserted.

"Ah, that Lizette?" He looked back at me and smirked. "That Foster's U volleyball team captain?"

"You're really a stalker, aren't you?" His cold look makes me nervous.

"I often saw you every school's tournament." He's not familiar to me either.
