one and a half months later...

i walked in the door from getting food from the grocery store seeing ariana on the couch with layla as they stuffed there faces with junk food. "hey" i said as i put the groceries on the kitchen bench then walking into the lounge. "hello" layla said as ariana looked at me with a spoonful of ice cream in her mouth. "having fun are we" i said as layla chuckled. "we have" layla said. "i was just telling ariana how me and noah are planning having our wedding maybe next year" she said.

"oh that's awesome" i said smiling as she nodded. "i get to be maid of honour" ariana said jokingly. "ok well we haven't started planning and i have never even thought about who's being who" layla said as ariana rolled her eyes. layla's phone dinged as she got up. "oh that's my ride home i'll see you guys very soon maybe tomorrow" layla said as she hugged ariana and me.

"bye i love you guys" she said. "love you too" ariana said as layla left. "have you eaten half of that tub" i said grabbing the ice cream from her hands. "hey" she said looking at me. "give that back" she said as she slowly got up holding her stomach. "nope you've had enough for one day" i said as she frowned her eyebrows at me. "babe please give it back" she whined as she sighed and sat back down again. "this isn't the time for you to start moving sweetie" ariana said as her stomach moved.

every movement was clear and it was kinda freaky knowing that the head was pushing against her stomach. and her stomach would look distorted for a few seconds. "she woke up" ariana said. "good morning princess i love you" i said kissing ariana stomach getting a few rapid movements. "she always loves when you kiss my stomach" ariana said. "that's because i'm kissing her just through your stomach" i said as ariana chuckled.

"can i have me ice cream back" she said looking at me as i rolled my eyes. "no" i said as she grabbed the cheeto's eating the packet of them. i started unpacking groceries as ariana watched tv. "hey baby what do you want for dinner toni-" i said looking up at her standing there. looking at me dead in the face. "i didn't just piss myself" she said. "my water just broke" she said.

"BABE MY FUCKING WATER JUST BROKE" she yelled as i looked at her. "ok calm down" i said as she looked at me. "do you want new pants" i said as she looked at me. "yes" she said as i went upstairs getting her sweatpants. i came back down helping her into them. "do you want to go to the hospital straight away" i said. "i don't know we might as well" she said as i helped her over to the car in the garage.

"wait here" i said as i grabbed some clothes putting them in a bag. i walked downstairs and locked the house. i went back into the garage getting in the car. ariana was in the passenger seat already and i drove to the hospital. "i'm glad that you aren't making this a bog rush like those movies" ariana said as i smiled. "well i mean you don't give birth for hours so there's no rush plus that just makes everything too stressful" i said.

8 hours later...

"i messaged layla" ariana said laying on the hospital bed that was lifted so she wasn't fully laying down. "she said her and noah will come in a few hours" she said. "ok i'll message baba and dad later" i said as ariana smiled. ariana laid her head back on the pillow as she screwed her face up. "you ok" i said as she nodded. "just small contractions" she said. "finally my suffering begins" she said smiling as i laughed slightly. "dam i wish child birth was easier for you ladies" i said as she looked at me smiling. "it's fine i'll be ok" she said.

another 2 hours went by and i was standing up hugging ariana as we rocked side to side slowly. "they hurt" she said as i held her. "hey it's gonna be ok your the strongest person i know" i said quietly as she hugged me a little tighter. we rocked back and forth in silence of a while until we heard the door open. "hey" layla said quietly as i let go of ariana. layla came over to ariana as they hugged exchanging quiet words. "yo" noah said quietly as i stood next to him.

"hey" i said. "i wasn't expecting this when layla wanted to talk to me" noah said as i smiled. "no shes a few weeks early" i said as noah nodded. "i also heard your thinking next year for the wedding" i said smiling as he smiled. "yea maybe we haven't decided when but probably mid or late next year" he said as i nodded. "cant wait" i said as noah smiled at me. layla and noah stayed for an hour. layla wanted to stay but they had already planned to go out with layla's parents and ariana insisted.

baba and dad were away apparently so they were driving back instantly. so they should be here in a bit. i was currently holding arianas hand as she squeezed it every so often. the nurse checked to see how many centimetres dilated she was as they looked at us. she said nothing and left. ariana looked at me confused until another doctor walked in with the nurse. "hello" she said. "hi" ariana said. "you already 10cm dilated so we're gonna have to have you push in a minute" she said.

ariana looked at me. her cheeks tear stained from the contractions she was having 15 minutes before. "it's ok i'm here" i said with a smile as she looked back at the nurse and doctor. "it's time to push" the doctor lady said. "ok" ariana said closing her eyes taking deep breathes. she squeezed my hand with the pushes she was doing. instantly crying filled the room as i smiled and ariana started crying. "another big push" the doctor said as ariana did as told until the doctor smiled.

ariana opened her eyes looking at me as she looked back to the 2 lady's. ariana looked at me as they cleaned both the girls up. ariana started tearing up again as the doctor walked over to the other side of the bed. "you wanna hold her" the nurse said. ariana grabbed her gently as she cradled her in her arms. ariana looked at her as she cried harder. "i love you so much" she said kissing her forehead crying. "she's beautiful" the nurse said as ariana continued crying.

"WERE HERE" baba said loudly as they ran into the room. "just in time" dad said as baba smiled his eyes lightly up straight away. "omg" he said as ariana smiled at baba and dad with tears running down her cheeks. "what are you naming here" the nurse said as ariana looked at me. "abigail rose hudson" ariana said as the nurse smiled. "a beautiful name for a beautiful little girl" she said as baba stood there in awe as dad smiled. ariana looked at me as she handed me abigail.

"hello princess" i said smiling as she looked up at me. i felt myself nearly crying but i held back the tears. i kissed her forehead as she just looked up at me. "your a beautiful just like your mum" i said as ariana smiled. baba walked over as i looked at them. "wow she is beautiful" dad and baba said together. i let them hold her for a while. after an hour or so they left seem as it was early in the morning. it was just me and ariana in the room with abigail.
