chapter 1-Kairi.

A four year old kairi was being pushed around by bill Charles around. Kairi let out a whimper in fear. Then she was pushed on the ground. Then a girl around her own age pushed him, Tina and Zidane helped her up.

The girl was speaking in another language. She didn't understand then her eyes widen as he pushed him away. Then she came to her and dusted her off. "she's scary, remind me not to get on her bad side." Said Zidane. She then give a sad smile. "Eun Byul." Her name probably. "Sinful."

 But it was the wrong thing to say, she glare. "kairi." she told her, She changed it quickly. She smile again, good. "Hey, I'm zidane, this is Tina." Said Zidane. She rolled her eyes. Then the school bell rang.

They all went in. "Children, this is Eun byul. Can you tell us about yourselves?" asked the teacher. She look to them and give a bow, the boys snickered, other than the boy with the tail. "there's no need to bow, child." Said the woman. She ignore her. "I Eun Byul, and I'm from Korea. My birth parents died a long time ago." She notice the boy who had been bullying kairi was speaking gibberish. She glare at him. The boy stopped.

 "you can sit by bill. He's a good lad." Said the teacher. She did the opposite and look to kairi, she had her head down as if she didn't want to be seen nor heard. She went to her and tap her shoulder. "may I sit here?" she asked in English, her accent heavy with Korean. She looked to her then bent her head down, not saying anything, but Eun Byul saw her hands clutching hard. "No, you can't sit with her." said the teacher. 

She turn to her. "Why not?" she asked. "She's a demon child." Eun Byul looked to kairi, disgusted at what the teacher had called her in front of her, and she could see her tears at the name. she held her. "Shh, it's okay." She said and rocked her. "It's okay, no need to cry." She sat right beside her, not letting the teacher near her.

She got in trouble with her adoptive parents for trying to defend her.

She saw kairi being beaten by the teacher and pushed her away and kairi dropped in a beaten haze. She held her.

Eun Byul brought a pretty charm bracelet, while kairi doesn't speak much, probably due to that wonderful teacher of theirs, she knows she loves reading, she loves singing, catching her at one time at it, and doesn't understand why she would want to hide such an amazing gift.

Then the day she planned it, she saw a man backhanding her across the face. She wait till he was gone and went to her and saw her eye blacken and closed over. "Oh, kairi." Said Eun Byul and held her sister. Kairi whimpered in pain. She rub her back gentle but that cause her to be more pain. So she stopped and just held her. why were so many people enjoy causing kairi so much pain, why was she being abuse like this?

Eun Byul took her to the beach and gave her the bracelet. She blinked those pretty blue eyes. "but.....daddy will be mad if he sees me wearing that." Said Kairi wearily. "the guy who hit you? He's just a pig." Said Eun Byul. Kairi finally smiled. And it tilt her face up. She nod.

"EUN BYUL, GET AWAY FROM THAT DEMON CHILD!" 

her arm was dragged and her eyes widen as kairi was backhanded, her nose bleeding. She shook her hand out of her adopt...no, the woman's hand and step in front of the man. "She's done nothing! you're going to kill her!" 

then she turn to her and glad she was okay. "You're okay, we're okay." Said Eun byul and held her.

A few weeks later, she was sent to Korea, and she told the career about kairi. She wait for news, she saw her carer's grave-looking face. Where is her kairi? "kairi's in the hospital, she was hurt badly." Said the career.

They sat at kairi's bedside and watched her, hoping she would be okay and she saw her blue eyes opening.,,,
