"But she is not in her consciousness then how is she having a panic attack? An-and why?!" Manav asks bewildered hearing his words and Vihaan nods frowning as he looks at her panting state.

"Sometimes under high dosage, patients remember some past memories which may be good or bad both because our mind never stops working. And when the memories are too painful and horrible, something that they have experienced in real life too and are unable to move on from it, they get a panic attack even under high dosage." Dr. Nishant explains shocking them both.

"Is this possible that she must have had these panic attacks in the past too?" Manav asks looking at her with a thoughtful gaze while frowning worriedly watching her still mumbling and breathing heavily.

"Who knows?" Dr. Nishant shrugs trying to look casual.

"How to calm her down for now?" Vihaan asks worriedly seeing her state getting worse.

"What did she do when you needed her but you didn't know that you needed her?" Dr. Nishant asks looking at his friend.

"She helped him silently." Manav guesses.

Vihaan looks at Manav and then at Nishant who does not react, just stares. After few seconds of silence, he looks at her thinking something.

Then Vihaan walks up to her and sits on the stool near her bed. He takes her hand gently and caresses her head lovingly talking in her ear softly, "Shh. . . . It's okay . . . . It's alright. . . Calm down. . you are not alone. . .see we all are here with you. . . . . .we all are here for you. . . .you are not alone, बच्चे. Calm down. . .Calm down."

[ Translation : "Shh. . . .It's okay . . . . It's alright. . . Calm down. . you are not alone. . .see we all are here with you. . . . . .we all are here for you. . . .you are not alone, baby. Calm down. . .Calm down." ]

Vihaan says some more soothing words to her while Manav and Nishant were looking at him dumbly. It was a shock for them to witness this side of him for her. They compose themselves and after few minutes, she calms down to their surprise. Vihaan looks back at Manav and Nishant who were smiling at him surprisedly just like he was smiling surprisedly which they only see when he is with Nikki. "She calmed down?!" He says lowly in surprising tone with a big smile.

The duo nods at him with smiles. Seeing them Vihaan realises their smiles and turns to his usual self clearing his throat and sits straight near her.

"She just needs some care, Vihu." The duo looks at Nishant who says smiling softly, "With care I'm not talking about the physical care here, what I mean is. . . .to make her feel loved and wanted, to make her feel that she is not alone anymore even if she gets better after her physical wounds heal once. You see, if she is hiding something, then surely there is a solid reason. And love can open people easily." Vihaan and Manav get his hidden meaning and Manav smirks at his words and looks at Vihaan who nods quietly looking away.

'Now you can't run away from her if you want your answers, my dear friend.' Manav thinks with a lopsided smile as he looks at Vihaan.

The night goes horrible for the duo as Nishi sees nightmares all night which makes Nishant say, "Vihu, we have to do something. Seriously, something is wrong with your sister."

Vihaan looks at Manav who had a serious worry in his eyes as he nods. Vihaan licks his lips as he nods back and looks at her now calmed state after the 6th nightmare of the night. They both were in their own thoughts all night while Nishant leaves happily by giving them a hint about her past.
