There Rebecca sat in the stadium watching District 5 play against the Hawks. The preppy assholes. District 5 was a no good team built together by kids who liked to play hockey. That doesn't necessarily mean they know how to play.
At the moment District 5 was being creamed by the preppy kids and it didn't seem like they could come back from that. The goalie, Greg Goldberg, threw down his stick and beat up old gloves and moved out the way. That gave the Hawks a 17-0 shutout as the final score.
Rebecca sighed and looked at District 5. She only wanted them to win because she was one of them. On the side of her softball career she plays hockey excluded from people. Becca plays by herself on the frozen lake when her brother is out doing his karate. She got up from her seat and walked out of the building to find Matthew.
"Matt, what are you doing here?" She questioned the blonde. "Well you weren't at home yet so I figured you would be here needing a ride." Rebecca smiled at her older brothers action. "Who knew you could be so sweet." She mocked. Matthew rolled his eyes and put his sister in a friendly choke-hold. "Were you watching hockey again?"
Becca looked at the ground below and forced herself to look up. "Yeah." Matthew gave her a smile and shook his head. "I know how much you like hockey but Mom and Dad will never approve. Of course I do but once I see a guy hit you out there I'll explode." He looked down at his sister. "If you want to play hockey instead of softball go for it. Dont let mom and dad ruin your dreams."
Becca sighed and slightly smiled. "As much as I love mom and dad. I dont love their opinions. I'm going to play hockey but please don't tell mom and dad." Matt smiled and nodded his head. "I promise." The two Winslow siblings got in the car and drove off to their house

Rebecca was out on the ice skating as her brother was in karate class. All she had was a trash can as the goal, a hockey stick, and skates. No pads, but hey no pads makes you seem tougher. Right?
A man dressed in a green coat, brown sweater, and jeans was watching Rebecca play hockey by herself. He decided that he needed to do a little negotiating with the young girl. "Excuse me young lady." He called out. Rebecca's head turned to look to the left of her. "Yes sir?"
"I saw you playing hockey and I was wondering if you would like to play for a peewee team I am coaching for. You may know them as District 5?" The man explained. Rebecca knew of the stranger danger rule, but with her time spent watching the peewee teams play she recognized the man to be the coach. "I would love to, sir. Thank you." She smiled brightly.
"Well we are actually on our way to practice. Care to join us?" Becca nodded her head faster than she thought she could. As they started walking she stopped. "I have to tell my brother where I am. Before he turns into Sherlock Holmes." Coach nodded his head. "Where is he?" He questioned the young girl. "He is in karate class which is right there." She pointed to the corner building in front of them. "I'll be right back."
Rebecca ran to the Karate Dojo and opened the door to find Matthew taking a water break with his friends. "Matt!" Becca called out. Matthews head fired up and ran to his sister. "What is it?! Are you okay?" He panicked which caused a chuckle to arise from Rebecca. "I'm fine. I just wanted to let you know I'm joining a peewee team for hockey. The team I always watch. Just thought I would tell you I'm going to be at practice. But at least I know you're worried about me."
