Jade's POV
I woke up the next morning alone in bed. I sat up and looked around the room, wondering where Perrie was, since she was never one to get up early. Considering it was only 7:30am I figured something had to be wrong. I quickly got off the bed and pulled some pants on as well as my hoodie, before searching the entire apartment, but there was no sign of Pez. I had tried texting and calling her but she wasn't picking up, making me worried sick. I found her phone on the bedside table, which only made me more worried. "What do I do?" I thought to myself as I paced around our bedroom. Not knowing what else to do, I ran next door and pounded on Ash's door as hard as I could, until it flew open, revealing a very tired looking Ash.

"What the hell, Jade?" Ash mumbled and rubbed her eyes.

"Please tell me that you have seen Perrie." I was desperate.

"What do you mean?" Ash asked, confused.

"I can't find her.. she wasn't in bed this morning.. and she's not in our apartment." I felt tears welling in my eyes.

"I'll help you find her.. let me just put on some pants." Ash said and ran upstairs, and returned shortly with Hailee tailing closely behind.

"Let's see if Jes or Lee has seen her." Ash said as we all ran up to their floor.

As it turns out, neither Jesy or Leigh Anne had seen or heard from Perrie since the night before. We ran downstairs to the lobby where our doorman, Jackson, was reading some type of magazine.

"Jackson, thank goodness you're here. Have you seen Perrie today?" I asked, making him look up at me.

"No, I'm sorry. There hasn't been anyone in here today, sorry. But if I see her, I'll tell her you're looking for her." Jackson said with an apologetic smile.

"Thanks anyway." I said and wiped away the tear that rolled down my cheek.

"Well, now at least we know, she has to be in the building." Jesy said as we headed to the elevator, riding it to the floor that contained the studio and main office. As we came towards the studio, I could hear someone playing on the piano, making me calm down a little. I felt so relieved when I heard Perrie's angelic voice coming from the studio and I quickly ran inside seeing her at the piano.

"I was worried sick." I said and wrapped my arms around her from behind, squeezing all the air out of her.

"What's wrong, bubba?" Perrie asked, confused and looked at me concerned.

"What do you mean 'What's wrong'?! You left! Without saying a word! I thought something had happened to you!" I felt the tears streaming down my face, as she wrapped me in a tight hug.

"I'm sorry, baby.. it's just.." Perrie started but I cut her off.

"NO, PERRIE! I don't wanna hear it! You should have brought your phone! Or at least told me where you were going! It takes you less than two minutes to leave a note! So there's no excuse!" I screamed at her and I could see the guilt in her eyes.

"You're absolutely right." Perrie said and looked down at her feet.

"I thought something terrible had happened to you." I said, making her look back up at me.

"I'm so sorry, Jade. It's just that I woke up and thought of something for a song and had to write it down before I forgot.. so I completely forgot about my phone and all.. but that's not an excuse and I'm sorry." Pez said, making my face soften. "Please let me make it up to you.. I'll do anything, baby." she continued and I of course couldn't stay mad at her, when she looked that cute.

"Please just don't ever scare me like that again." I said, wrapping my arms around her neck, pulling her as close as I possibly could, while her arms wrapped around my waist.

"I love you, Jade." Perrie said quietly, making me smile into her neck.

"I love you too, Pez." I mumbled back, squeezing her a bit tighter.
