arthur 's Attack and Decisions Made

Merlin's pov:

The attack happened so fast. Everyone was running, i didn't think i just grabbed Morgana's hand and bulted. Arthur was yelling at his men to find her to take no prisoners. People were dying.

I can't take this anymore. Something has to be done. Something has to give. I have to fight for our freedom... I have to tell Morgana the truth about my magic.

Aglain told us he would distract the knights for us. We get a few yards behind him when we hear his screams. These people are innocent, this is all my fault. I told him Morgana was found when I ran into Arthur.

Morgana's pov:

I was in my room when I heard a knock on my door. I open the door to see merlin. I pull him in and he starts to apologize for what happened in the camp.

" I'm sorry i should have gone with my original route, this is my fault had i done what i was originally going to do this would not have happened. I should have told the truth."

He takes a breath and i motion for him to continue.

He continues, " remember when i said i understood what you were going through better than anyone. Well I do the great Dragon and Guias told me you wouldn't know but I don't want you to go through this alone. I'll help any way I can."

I stood there shocked but grateful.

" Thank you Merlin for telling me and for your apologies.for what happened. I'm glad I have an ally and I will gladly accept your help. I want to learn control. And i wont tell Uther of your magic. By the way how have you kept it a secret for as long as you have."

He laughs, " fortunate for us he is also the king of obliviousness."

I laugh and help him out the door. He says he will come back tomorrow to teach me control. I go to head to bed when I hear Merlin say Arthurs name. I put my ear to the door and hear Arthur try to warn him away from me that nothing will happen between Merlin and I.

I grow angry. He can't do that. Who does he think he is? I'm madly in love with Merlin, he is so sweet and kind and cute.

So Arthur can't stop us. I head to bed with a game plan to win Merlin and dreams of a new day
