           Aradia.

The civilization in the sky, housing Aereis and Archalium alike. Queen Aedar and King Evemin, ruled the skies together, both larger Aereis, creatures worshipped them, although they've never seen the two with their own eyes.

The civilization is very protected, having a barrier only Aereis can come through. But once you fall out of it, it's almost impossible to get back in.

Aedar had two daughters, ones fur as white as snow, the other, golden like the sun.

Named Esper and Lumen, the two got along greatly. Never leaving eachothers side. They were both destined to be the queens of Aradia one day, and Lumen was all for it; however, Esper did not like the sound of that.

Esper threw her crown across the floor outisde, made of clouds. Her mother caught sight of this, rushing to Espers' side, a displeased expression across her slim face.

"That crown is made from the golden tears of an Ura, how dare you throw it like It's trash?!" Adar scolded.

"I don't care whos tears it's made from, I don't want it!" Esper yelled, spreading her wings in a threatening manner.

"I dont want to be a princess! Or a queen! I just want to live my life!" She continued.

"I want to go down to Sonaria!"

"Sonaria?! Where all the uncultured, uncivilized plebians live?! Heavens no!" Aedar yelled.

"I don't care! It's not your place to judge them!" Esper replied angrily.

"Go to your room, young lady. That attitude will not be tolerated." Aeder ushered Esper to her room, slamming the door behind her.

Esper sighed heavily, flopping down on the floor. She waited till night, and snuck out of her room to the library. She saw a compartment, sealed with a golden lock. Esper backed away, tripping on a table behind her. She cut her paw slightly, her golden blood staining her pure white fur.

She found a bandage, binding up her paw immediately. In all her clumsinessm, she didn't notice the key to the lock fell from a drawer in the table. Esper grabbed it, turning the lock.

Behind was a book that read: Moon magic: how to use it.

'Moon magic?'

Esper thought in her head.

She brought it with her, studying in her room. She stared at the cover for a good 3 minutes, before opening it to some random pages.

"Isn't moon magic illeagal...? We all have sun magic.." Esper whispered to herself.

Esper went to the edge of the kingdom holding the book, staring at the faint glow of the barrier. She used her horn, staring up at the full moon. Suddenly, the moons' rays shone down on her; like a spotlight almost.

Her eyes shot open, glowing a blinding white.

She created a hole in the barrier, which was thought to be impossible. She struggled greatly, tipping over with book in paw, she fell. As she plummeted from the skies, the hole closed, and her fur started to slowly turn a black ash color.

By the time she reached the ground, only a part of her horn, eyes, ears, and claws remained white. She struggled to stay awake, seeing a faint outline of a large creature walking towards her before she passed out.
