A young boy, named Itadori Yuuji lived in the countryside with his parents. He lived a pretty normal life (however in the fuckery you think a kid's life was 2 thousand years ago cause I don't have a clue) until people were getting killed daily. There had been reports about the sighting of mysterious creatures who were later called curses. Yuuji being the carefree, selfless, and reckless idiot he was, couldn't help but be curious about these creatures. But, his parents always made sure he would not see one.
When he heard about a kid his age who had a murderous aura and superhuman strength curiosity killed the cat. He had to find out about this boy. He had to go and meet this boy. He heard a few people say that this kid was always spotted at nighttime. Wanting to meet this kid so much, one night when everyone was asleep, Yuuji snuck out of this house in search of this strange kid.
He started from the forest nearby. His parents had told him not to go there on multiple occasions and he had always had this odd feeling about it. Many of the villagers had talked about how they should ban that forest. What better place to look for a peculiar creature than that? But little did he know the moment he stepped into the forest his life had taken a huge unexpected turn.
