Third Person POV

There was a rumor going around on far away cities and countries. A place that exists and doesn't exist at the same time. Whether it was the fact or not is something that no one knows except for a few. And yet, the truth is still unknown to the public.

The content of the rumor is as follows:

Behind the forest in a certain region, far away from the city of Tokyo, deep in the mountain of unknown. A nightmare no one wants to experience is lurking in darkness, yet white. Different kind of tortures, suspicious activities and acts are done in secret.

There was also a monster there, yet it doesn't look like one. The ability of a demon, yet the figure of a handsome boy. Strength that surpasses the most advanced technology and creature in this world, yet his indefinite facial expression says otherwise.

Despite it being a famous rumor, no one really cares about it. May it be really there in that mountain or not doesn't have anything to do with them. Humans and non-humans alike.

Yes. There were also other creatures except for humans in this world. Yet this is still our mother earth. Angels? Demons? Gods? Even death himself. They're all living in the same place, and yet it was clearly obvious the difference between their strength and the humans.

While humans have guns, angels and demons have their unique powerful powers that can only be seen from mangas and other fictional books. Whether they're aware of the existence of this young boy is a different case all together. They won't be bothered, as they're literally superior to humans, in all sort of ways.

However, as much as they have the power to eliminate our kind, they wouldn't.

No— more like they cannot. They are restricted to do so. Because annihilating the humans may result in a perfectly imbalance world.

In this world, animals aren't the only one on the bottom of the food chain anymore, but humans as well. As much as they have the necessary technologies and weapons to use if ever they're in a war against the demons, nothing can be done in face of calamity and death itself.

But just because they're so low in the hierarchy system means that humans face discrimination against the other kind. It was a perfectly balanced world where equality is a fact, and at the same time, a lie.

It goes without saying that in terms of overall abilities and capabilities, the other races are much more powerful compared to humans. But that doesn't mean that they're practically useless.

One thing that humans can be proud of is the food. The way they use resources and their creativity are on top above all. Although being clever and cunning is also a part of that, it doesn't mean that humans can just beat them through sheer thinking and analysis alone.

Anyway, as much as how things are going around, this changes when the existence of a monster in human form has beem born on this world.
