Today my sister is getting married, I could feel the crisp morning air through the window I had left open last night. I could hear trucks pulling in, caterer's I thought. I get up, brush my teeth, take a nice hot shower, put on my robe and run down to my sisters room to see if she was awake. To my surprise she was asleep.

"What are you still doing asleep?" I screamed with excitement. "You are getting married today!"

"Ugh, let me have my beauty rest" Blair smiled and turned over to go back to sleep.

I laughed and turned to see her gorgeous white Vera Wang dress shining in the morning sun. This dress was perfect, long lace sleeves with crystal embellishments throughout, princess style bottom with a long train. If I were to ever get married I would love to wear something like this, maybe, I can just steal hers after, seeing we are the same size. I thought to myself.

"Can you please leave, I can hear you breathing" She said as she pushed me off her bed.

"Fine, I'll leave but you know mother will be in here soon anyway to wake you." I teased.

I got up from her bed and headed for the door, as I ran down stairs I could hear someone yelling at the florist.

"She asked for red roses, not light pink peonies."

"Sorry madam, we must have delivered the wrong flowers" said, what looked like the florists assistant, panicking as our mother was arguing with her.

"Mother, I'm sure Blair won't mind the peonies, after all they are my favourite flower and guess who her favourite sister is?" I said with a cheeky smile.

"Mia, we don't have time for you antics today, this is Blair's day, and we need everything to be perfect." Mother looked concerned.

"Well what can we do? Is there time to go and swap the flowers?" I asked the assistant.

"I am terribly sorry, I called my boss earlier and the other bride just told them to use the roses as her wedding starts very soon and she does not have time to wait." She said shaking.

Well great, this is going to give mother a stroke.

"Ok, so we just don't tell Blair. If we tell her now she will just stress and we don't need her stressed on her wedding day." I say.

"We have some hot pink peonies at our shop that we could incorporate into the design to brighten it up?" Says the assistant.

"Sorry, what is your name?" Mother asks.

"S-S-Stacey."

"Ok, Stacey, get someone on those flowers and tell your boss we expect compensation for this mistake."

"Yes, madam, right away."

Stacey grabs her phone and starts dialling a number and runs off out the door.

"At least the caterer's have not ruined anything"

"Yet......" I chime in.

"Mia, I could hit you. Please go and do something useful and stop giving me a headache."

I laugh and run to the kitchen, where I see a room full of pastries, and other breakfast items. There was enough here to feed the whole village. Who was mother expecting to come this early. I grab myself a muffin, ask our chef to make me a coffee and walk towards the courtyard. You could see our whole backyard from there, everything was getting set up to perfection, even the flowers that my sister won't like but everything looks like a fairytale, flowers filled everywhere, chairs were getting set up, a marquee for the reception. Chandeliers getting transported via small cranes, magical.
