It's my first day at office and I am sweating like hell because of long walk in the crowded street,all because of my poor knowledge of bus routes in this metro city. My parents came along with me as it was my first day at this job. Now u would have understood that my parents are overprotective about me.
I greeted all my colleagues and my manager with sweets which papa brought from nearby store in the same crowded street of my office.
Basically I am an introvert and pretty conservative girl when it comes to the opposite gender as my whole education was at all girls school and colleges. Now I have to deal with an office full of guys of different age groups and different regions of India. My parents left me to do some shopping and promised to pick me up from my office in the evening, tears are rolling in my eyes as they waved goodbye , may be this was how girls feel during marriage bidai.
My colleagues welcomed me with a small tea party in the evening.
