Chapter 1 what just happened?

I walked to school and everything was going well... Until my ADHD was acting up! The wierd thing is that whenever its gets bad something weird happens like when i was in Grade 6:

I was in school and my head was hurting my ADHD was acting up. When I got there I saw a man in a black trench coat demanding to speak with me the teachers had threatened to call the cops, Until the man finally Left. Nobody had believed

me when I said he had only one eye.

Or the time in 3rd grade:

I went to the bathroom And waiting for me there was I hairless screeching monster. I didn't know how to defend myself But as soon as the monster came close a wall of water pushed it away.

See what I mean?

Suddenly I hear a familiar voice. "Jade!" My best friend Rosie screamed. "Yeah Rosie?" !"I scream back. Soon enough she catches up with me.

"My ADHD is acting up again!" She wailed.

"I know mine is too!" I sighed.

For the rest of the walk to the school we kept on talking about ADHD and how we were the only ones who had it. Rosie would like me in different ways shy, different And pretty awesome if I do say myself!

It turns out we both have gym first period. How lucky are we? I we got changed we heard coach hugs' is whistle. (Don't get fooled by his name he is scary) We quickly finish changing and head to the gym.

As it turns out today we are playing dodgeball -___-... You know that game that people are supposed hit you with balls? Yup that one. * Que fake excited voice*

As we walked into positions I noticed that one of the substitute teachers was playing too. She was giving me and Rosie evil eye while smiling sinisterly. I think Rosie has noticed too she's going pale.

"Come on Jade let's stay at the back okay?" Rosie says suspiciously.

"Umm okay?" It came out as a question but I don't think she noticed.

We start playing and Brozie hasn't taken her eye off, of that sub. Suddenly the sub took out a different kind of ball And whips it at us. I realize that the ball is covered in fire! Just before it hits me I am pulled back by coach hugs.

He hands me a tube of lipgloss.... Wow..... -____- Gee thanks Caoch. I give him a look which says 'really lipgloss?'

"Unscrew it then you'll see" he says like a pro.

I do as he says and family in the lipgloss has transformed into a really really sharp knife... Ooooh now I get it Lol! The sub has now transformed into a hairless winged monster!

"I knew it was a fury..." Rosie muttered under her breath Along with some very colorful words...

Fury? Hmmm thats a great name for it since its like really really scary and ticked off.

I keep on thinking about random things in my head until the sound of flapping wings snaps me out of my thoughts. I look up just in time to see the for fury charging straight at me.

I hold up my knife and get ready for a fight. It was about to grab me but I was too fast, I dodged and stabbed the fury in its heart. Once it was dead it dissolved into golden dust.

"Wow!" Coach hugs said genuinely surprised. "I wonder who your father is!"

"My dad? Puh-leaze He's gone he left me a long time ago!" I snap rather harshly. But I didn't care my dad had always been a touchy subject for me.

"Jade calm down." Rosie said soothingly rubbing my back. "Come on let's go."

"Go? Go where?" I say in suprise.

"Somewhere where you will be safe." Says Hugs.

"What about my mother?" I say suddenly angry "She'll be worried sick!"

"It's okay she's already notified" He says "She will be safe it's only you they want.."

Me? You want me? The Freakazoid with dyslexia! But I knew better than to ask questions.
