𝗕𝗮𝗰𝗸𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆: Irene Esmeray Cullen born as Irene Esmeray Ramirez was born on October 10th, 1909 in Manhattan, New York. Her mother Died Giving birth to her so she was raised by her father and stepmother. Aurora was severely bullied throughout her school life and her home life. Her stepmother has treated her like a slave and would constantly hit her, her father never knew as he was always traveling because of his job.
On her 17th birthday she decided to end her life. At exactly 12:00 am she stood at top of a construction site and jumped off. Carlisle, Esme, and Edward had been passing by New York when they stumbled apone Aurora's body. Esme felt pity that someone so young would try to end their life, but also saw a bit of herself in the young girl. She begged Carlisle to turn her.
When she woke up she surprised them by being appsolutly calm. She didn't seem to mind being a vampire. When informed that they had to leave NY because everyone thought she was dead, she was more then thrilled to travel. Her and Edward immediately formed a Sibling bond, since she was an only child she had always wanted a sibling. Her relationship with Carlisle and Esme was extremely well, she never knew what having a real mom was like so Esme was a wish come true. Carlisle gave her the fatherly love she had always desired. Even though she loves her father, she couldn't help but resent him for leaving her with her Stepmother.
