Tragedy

Seokjin's P.O.V.

I woke up when the sunlight hit on my face. I rubbed my eyes and yawned a little. Then I turned to my little princess who was laying beside me peacefully. Her little fingers made a fist when she slept just like her mother.

I then placed my palm on her forehead to scrutinize the contrary of her body. It seems down now. Yesterday when I brought a doctor with the aim of examining her, her temperature was high. She was continuously crying and grousing. I knew that she was bearing the effect of high temperature. Then the doctor had prescribed some medicines and advised some tests. Today I have to take her to hospital for tests.

Author's P.O.V.

Seokjin got up from the bed and wore his slippers. He then stepped to his bathroom. After refreshing, he decided to wake up his princess.

-"Ara, my princess!!" He called her in low tone.

But she didn't bulged a bit.

-"Princess, get up. It's morning." He said shaking her a bit.

This time she fancied. The vexation was visible in her face.

-"Please daddy, I wanna sleep a little more." She said to her dad.

He smiled.

-"Okay princess, but you've to take breakfast and medicines. Then we've to go hospital. Right?" He stated waking her up.

She woke up and sat on the bed and rubbed her lazy eyes.

-"Okay, now let's go. It's your freshening time." Her father said in cheering tone.

But she seems pale again. Her fever wasn't that much. Maybe it's her frailty.

-"Daddy!!" She called him.

-"Hmm Princess!!" He turned back.

-"I saw Mumma in my dream. She was caressing my cheeks, head. It was feeling so real." She said as she smiled sweetly.

He cupped small face in his big hand. Then he also smiled at her.

-"I told you. Mumma is always with you. Hmm??! See Mumma came in your dream and adored you."

-"Yayy!!" She then cheered up.

At 11am, Hospital-

Seokjin parked his car in a parking lot of the hospital. He decided to take off day since his daughter is sick.

-"Okay, now got up." He said as he removed the seat belt of both.

-"Daddy, my head is aching a lot." She whimpered in pain.

-"Why so sudden?? Lemme see." He placed his palm again in her forehead in worried.

Suddenly his mind was having guts. He wasn't feeling well. His mind was somehow topsy-turvy. But he shrugged that feelings off.

-"Just keep little more patience princess. We're in hospital. I'll take you to the doctor. Okay?"

He then got down from the car and picked her up. Ara hanged her head low in his broad shoulder due to pain in her head.

After an hour-

The CT scan machine was going to scan her head part while she was lying down on the couch. The lasers were reflecting indicating capturing image.

The father of the girl was sitting outside waiting for her test to finish. It was the last test. He was amusing by the fact that why the doctor had prescribed her that much tests. Was something serious? He was hoping for positive result.

But suddenly the examiner came outside.

-"Aren't you the father of Kim Ara?"
Seokjin lifted his head up.

-"Yes I'm."

-"Please Mr. come in. Your daughter might not feeling well."

He then hurriedly rushed towards the room. There Ara was crying sitting on the machine's couch. He approached to her.

-"Princess, what happened?" He tried to console her.

-"D-Daddy, m-my he-head-"

She couldn't complete.

A immense fear rushed through the whole body of him when he saw her vomiting blood. She was coughing and vomiting. The blood stain spread her whole attire from her mouth.

He pulled her closer and picked her up.

-"D-Daddy..." With that she lost conscious and became quiet.

-"A-ara!! Princess!!" He shouted her name. His throat became heavier and felt like something got stuck there. Without wasting a second picking her up, he rushed towards outside and started running to approach to a doctor.

-"D-doctor, please see her.. s-she w-was v-vomiting-" he was stuttering and was unable to complete due to the pain in his throat.

-"Calm down sir. First calm down. Nurse, please keep her in the stretcher."
The doctor said.

-"Sir, we have to examine her first . Till then you please wait outside." The doctor said to him.

-"P-please doctor, she is my daughter. I w-want to b-be there." He said in pleading voice.

-"Sir, please try to understand. What I'm seeing its a serious case. We've to give her high therapy for the test."

With that he entered the test room. There seokjin dropped himself down on the side bench. His mind was blocked yet hazed. The scenery of her coughing and vomiting out blood was replaying in his mind. It reminded him the tragedy which happened 7 years ago.
