For a thousand years- Chapter 1- My first day

My first day at school. Waking up at 7 am is tough. It takes me like an hour to eat my breakfast. I eat a lot but I am a slow eater.

I figured out that my mum would probably waste a whole bowl of cornflakes if I didn't eat quicker. So, I ate quicker.

Mum-Come on, Jen, you'll be late for school.

Me- Alright, alright.

I looked at my watch. I have 15 minutes to get to school otherwise I will be put in the CHOKEY!!

Wait, this isn't Matilda. Carry on.

I walked out the door fully dressed.Decky was always waiting outside my door to follow me to school. She is my best friend, but, she's a complete NUTTER!

30 MINUTES LATER

Me- I'm so sorry I'm late! I woke up at the normal time but Decky was following me like a complete NUTTER! I would rather eat a whole bowl of Nutella than have her staring at me like that!

Mike- Everyone would.

See, told you he's cool.

Mike- Now, go to class.

Me- Ok, Mike. IF I SHOULD.

At the end of the day......

I was walking home when I saw the most beautiful boy in the school. Percy McAllister.Unfortunately, he was taken by Steph. Steph Melgian. Everyone loved her. I knew Percy woud never ask me out because....

1.He was with Steph.

2.I was dressed worse than a soggy pile of cabbage.

So, that was my first day. I had a crush.

Look, who's over there?

OMG! MAX MAXIM WAS SMILING AT ME!

I KNEW SOMEONE LIKED ME!

Flop.

I bumped into a lampost when I was dreaming about Max and Percy.Maybe, just maybe. I could get to know them closer.
