???'s POV:

I raced through the trees, the thought of my prey escaping me driving me forward faster. The wind blew through my cloak and pushed my hood down as I finally stopped on a tree branch overlooking a small clearing. That's when I saw my target, a large hellhound that had a large sack in its mouth laid down. I sneered as I drew an arrow and notched it.

"Let the winds of my soul blow forth and envelop my weapon and grant it power" I muttered under my breath as my arrow was surrounded with a torrent of wind

"Let my beloved use the power of his goddess, let the flames of my love surround him and bless him with an inferno" I heard the delightful voice of one Hestia behind me as her arms snaked around me and covered my hands

That's when two small tendrils of flames stretched out and swirled around my arrow combining with my own power. I smiled even more as I loosed my arrow and it shot forth with both mine and my beloved's power slamming into the Hellhound and ripping it apart. I sighed as I jumped down and walked over to the bag and grabbed it.

"Percy!" I heard the familiar voice of Hestia say and I turned around and looked at a hooded figure who ran over to me and threw their arms around me "Did you get them!? Did you! Did you?!" she said excitedly

I rolled my eyes and smiled as I put my hood back on and handed Hestia the bag. She then reached into it and pulled out a packet of randomly assorted candy.

"Hestia, you need to eat healthier I can't keep going into the village and get candy for you every week, the others will start catching on" I said as I leaned against a tree and looked at her

"Percy, you know that the gods think you're dead and I've faded. We can live in peace! Together, forever" She said as she put an arm around me and pulled herself close

That's when I heard a rustling behind us, I quickly grabbed Hestia and jumped up into a tree and hid her behind a trunk. Then I turned and watched as a group of silver clad hunters walked into the clearing.

"I felt the energy signature of the bowman... where did he go!?" The familiar voice of Thalia said as she stomped her foot causing sparks of electricity arc around her

"It looks like he was just here, the tell tale signs of his arrows are here, wind gashes are a surefire sign... but this... this is new... scorch marks" another Huntress said as she looked at a tree

I narrowed my eyes as I drew an arrow. I didn't care if she was my cousin and closest thing to a sister that I've ever had, if I had to kill her to protect Hestia and mine freedom I knew I had to do it. I notched the arrow and muttered under my breath.

"Let the winds of my soul create a storm worthy of surpassing Poseidon himself, envelop my weapon and give it power" I finished and drew the arrow back

However as I was about to loose the arrow another voice cut through the clearing.

"Girls, come on, we need to get moving!" a divine voice said and the hunters turned and left the clearing

I quietly dispelled the power and put my arrow away. I then looked to my right and saw Hestia looking at the place they were at with a look of curiosity in her eyes. I narrowed my gaze and shook my head.

"No, were not following them" I stated flatly and she quickly looked at me and gave me a pair of pleading eyes "Hestia, no" I reaffirmed

"B-But what if they're tracking us for some reason, what if they are trying to find you for our power?" She said and I cursed
