i walked down the bare hallways, grey lockers lining the walls. i was all alone, everyone had already rushed to their last class of the day, but i took my time. i had been in no mood to sit at the back of the class, looking upon all the bored expressions matching mine, listening the raspy voiced teacher ramble on and on.

i arrived halfway through the class, fifteen minutes left. the teacher began to lecture me, but i walked straight to my empty seat, poker faced. i sat in the uncomfortable chair, long thin legs stretched under the desk, pale hands rested on the cool surface.

my mind blurred, the lesson going in through one ear and out the other. the next fifteen minutes were spent day dreaming of her. she had completely taken over my world. she consisted of my every thought, my every word. she had slowly become a huge part of my world. she consumed every part of me and i enjoyed every part of it.

the bell had rung and everybody slowly packed their things, being in no rush to be anywhere. yet i was the complete opposite, everyone moved slowly, taking their time. it seemed as if they moved in slow motion, moving slower with every movement. i moved in a rush though. i had somewhere to be, i had someone to see.

i was utterly determined to get there as fast as i could possibly. i had been craving to see her all day, to see her beautiful brown hair placed elegantly on her shoulders and her plump lips adoring her face.

i moved in quick motions. i ran for my locker, collecting everything i needed and tagging along something special. i shoved everything in my lousy black bag, zipped it shut, and began running again.

i burst through the school doors, wind immediately slapping me in the face. the hospital wasn't exactly close to the school but i still began my journey towards it. at first i ran, and kept running, until i had become too tired to continue. after i while i saw the hospital and started up again.

i quietly opened the hospital doors and walked quickly to the front desk. i asked for her name and the attractive young nurse respond soon enough, room 306.
