she was a girl who had very strict parents
so every night he came to her window
and gave her a goodnight kiss
no matter how late or how bad his day was he always came
and no matter how late it was she waited for him
and she told him how much she loved him
until...
one night...
he didn't show
and the night after that
he didn't show again
she waited for 3 months...
those three darn months she waited and waited...
for her beautiful blonde prince to show...
and give her the one thing that kept her sane in this fucked up world...
the thing she craved...
her goodnight kiss...
the last night she waited
he stopped coming
he watched her give up on waiting for him
give up on what they had
he watched her fall in love with someone else
her parents moved out
he moved in
and unfortunately for vinnie he wasn't the he in this situation. he wasn't part of her story anymore...
they got married
and had two kids
and vinnie regretted not showing up to her window that night and he would for the rest of his life.
