(Author's note: Since The Joker has many personalities, I'm going to write him that way. So, deal with it.)
P.O.V The Joker
"It's Harley's fault! It's always Harley's fault!" The Joker screamed into his now empty headquarters.
"No matter what I tell her and no matter how much I dumb things down for her, she ALWAYS messes everything up!!!! He took a deep breath and sunk further into his chair. The voices in his head wouldn't shut up. Each had their own take on what happened and they weren't afraid to voice their opinion either.
'Maybe you should go out and apologize to her. She can't be very far.' One of the many voices chirped to him.
"You kidding??? I rather DIE than apologize for something I didn't do!" He yelled back to the voice.
A new voice appeared. 'It's going to get very lonely when she's gone though.....and you hate being alone', the voice shuddered at the thought of being alone.
Joker thought about this for a moment and was tempted to agree with the pathetic voice, but stubborness took control and pushed it right out the door.
'MAYBE YOU SHOULD KILL HER! I MEAN, IT ISN'T THE FIRST TIME SHE SCREWED EVERYTHING UP!!' A voice rang in his eardrums.
"Hmm, not a bad idea." The Joker said. Little did he know that wouldn't be the end of it until....
'You can't though!' said a voice that was quiet the whole time, until now.
"Oh, really?" The Joker sneered. "And why ever not?"
'Because you love her', the voice replied.
Love her? The Joker thought long and hard about that comment. Love her? Could he? Could he, the prince of crime himself actually love?
No matter how much he denied it, all the voices in his head agreed on one thing:
Joker loves Harley.
