Being beat up in the middle of the hallway wasn't on Katsuki's agenda, but alas.

He wished someone would save him; really, it's getting more and more annoying to hide bruises and poorly hidden split lips from his parents, but he can't fight back. He's scrawny, hardly had an ounce of muscle on his body, and he had no idea how to fight.

Luckily, his prayers were answered today, and a certain 6'5, green-haired Jock decided to put a stop to his bullying.

Katsuki lurched forward with a cough, blood on his tongue. Glasses shattered, notebooks ripped, and his body bruised. The bullies above him cackled cruelly, watching Katsuki's hunched-over form shake with quivers and whimpers of pain. Katsuki could hardly breathe; it hurt so much.

His foggy eyes traveled over moving, blurry bodies, moving around the circle of jocks, disregarding Katsuki suffering in the middle, being kicked around like a soccer ball. Another whimper broke through his cracked and bloodied lips, fueling their excitement. "Aw~! Is wittle Kat~suki gonna cry~?" Toga said in a baby voice, eyes crinkling into half-moons, a blush on her face. She was one of the resident psychos, but they couldn't expel her due to her and her father's stance in the world and school board, along with her being a great cheer captain.

Katsuki knew she had her band of emo psychos, Twice (seeing the poor kid has a lot of trauma and thinks there's two of him inside his mind). Dabi, Shoto's older brother, turned run-away emo wannabe and Shigaraki. Shigararaki was the least involved, usually keeping away from trouble seeing that he's one of the most popular's kid's brothers, and he just seems to not care for many things.

Another harsh kick rocked Katsuki's body, making his eyebrows scrunch in pain and his throat to tighten, holding down bile. Then he heard it, "Oi! Stop it!" Everyone's heads snapped up, including Katsuki, who couldn't see shit a few inches in front of his face, only making out a blob with a mess of green on top of said blob. While the bullies were occupied with something else, Katsuki pulled out a second pair of glasses from his shirt, thankful they weren't broken.

He finally looked up just in time to see Izuku's fist connect with a bully's face. Izuku Midoriya, third-year baseball captain since his first year, (like Katsuki was a first-year.), and resident (and nominated) prettiest & sweetest guy all three years. Really, the dude was smart, gave up his weekends that weren't for training to tutor students who were academically challenged or falling behind, stuck up for people who were getting bullied for their sexualities.

(He once punched a guy's lights out for calling one of his now close friends a slur towards lesbians, and loudly and confidently announced in the middle of the hall, that he was, in fact, pansexual. If they had a problem, they kept their mouths shut.)

Izuku's fist connected as a screech bubbled out of his junior teammates' mouth, eyes blown wide as he stumbled and nearly fell back, looking at their captain, who stood to his full height, 6'5, and glared, gold-rimmed green eyes glowing and glaring down at them. "I'm disappointed but honestly not surprised. Getting into the team only inflated your egos. Now I'm popping it, your off the team." Izuku snarled, walking into the circle, bending down the look at Katsuki, who twitched and writhed in pain.

Izuku's eyes softened, flashes of his own scrawny, beat-up middle school form crossing his mind as he scooped up Katsuki, making the blond let out a loud whine in pain as Izuku quietly apologized.

He turned his head, glaring once more at his ex-teammates. "I expect your bats and jersey's by the end of the week." Izuku hissed, walking off towards the nurse's office.

He didn't have a savior, but he sure as hell will be one for Katsuki.
