New York City...
You silently sat in the chair that was provided to you as Elektra set her case down. Across the table was Morgan, Henry, and their lawyers.
Honestly, this was all just a game. To see who would break first. You had the evidence, they had nothing. Even the will so foolishly stated that Tony Stark's first born would be the one to inherent everything.
Yet the two were willing to fight for what they believed was their birthright. Not that you particularly cared. But if you wanted to make any kind of progress with taking Wilson Fisk down, you needed power.
And what more power could you get than the richest company in New York?
Morgan watched you from across the table with her arms crossed. You looked different from yesterday. Maybe it was the haircut and the fact that you shaved. Or the fact that you actually wore a suit now.
Elektra: And so, I believe you'll find everything is in order. My client, Mr. L/N, only asks for 51% of the company. That's a generous offer since he was left all of it, including the Stark fortune.
The lawyers looked at her before they gathered around each other. They whispered among themselves while you and Elektra waited. However, you noticed that she seemed to be...listening to them.
Finally, the lawyers nodded and turned back to the two of you.
Lawyer: Well, Ms. Natchios, we do hope to solve this issue out of court. However, we're talking about Ms. Stark and Mr. Pym's livelihood here. Surely you don't expect them to just turn everything over to some man claiming to be Tony Stark's son.
Elektra: I do expect you to do so. We have all the evidence we need to prove his birthright. I suggest you take the offer.
The lawyers were silent for a moment before they turned to Morgan and Henry. As the four of them talked, you turned to Elektra.
Elektra: I really can get you the whole thing. Why settle for so little?
Y/N: I don't need the whole thing. Just enough.
Elektra nodded and sat up. You sighed, but winced a bit at the sting in your rib.
Elektra: Are you alright?
You nodded.
Y/N: Yeah. Just, took a bad fall.
~~~~~~~~~~~
You snapped the man's arm in half before you delivered a kick to his head. Right when you turned around, you were tackled by another thug.He began to beat on you but you kneed his gut. You then grabbed his shoulders and rolled yourselves over. You began to beat on him ruthlessly as blood sprayed against the brick wall.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Y/N: I decided New York wasn't safe for night walks.Elektra: I agree.
Morgan, meanwhile, spoke to her lawyers. There was one simple fact about all of this. There was no way to win this legally. And like Elektra said, if they didn't comply, you could take everything.
You didn't seem like someone who would simply take some money for a bribe either. You wanted the company. That much was obvious. And she also had no idea what you would do with it.
You waited as you watched the four begin to sweat. They knew they were defeated. You wanted this to be finished here, but you would take it to court if need be.
Finally, the lawyers nodded and turned back to you and your companion.
Lawyer: Well, it seems that the Starks have come up with an offer.
Elektra: Unless the offer is to give Mr. L/N 51% of the company, we don't wish to hear it.
Y/N: Agreed.
Morgan glared at you before she sighed.
Morgan: Fine. There's no way around it.
The lawyers looked at the woman in surpise. She crossed her arms and looked at you I the eye for the first time.
Morgan: I don't want this to be taken to court. The media circuit will tear this company apart.
Y/N: I know. That's why I agreed to this.
Morgan: And we thank you for that. But you have to understand that this has always been a family business.
Y/N: And it'll continue to be so. I am a Stark by blood, after all.
Morgan wanted to slap you, but you weren't wrong. You were a Stark by birth. You were her half brother.
Morgan: Although you will own 51%, me and Henry will still be here. We won't let you destroy everything my family has built.
To everyone's surpise, you smiled. You stood up and held out your hand.
Y/N: Sounds good to me. I want to make this place as good as it can be.
Morgan looked at your hand, then at you. She just rolled her eyes.
Morgan: Whatever. Since you'll be in charge now, you can interview the new secretary.
She grabbed her things and left the room. The lawyers were quick to follow while Henry stood there nervously. He rubbed the back of his neck before he forced a smile.
Henry: Uh, welcome to the family?
You shrugged. Without another word, he left the room. You looked over to Elektra who smiled sweetly.
Elektra: That went much better than I expected.
You had to agree.

HeartsYou looked around your new office slightly impressed. You wouldn't be spending much time in here. If you weren't looking for ways to kill Wilson Fisk, you'll be working hands on to make this company into something that was actually useful to the world.
Reading over the files, you noticed that some of the medication that was being made was being sold at a higher price than it cost to be made. That wouldn't do. There was also the alarming availability to the military grade weaponry to anyone with the right number. That could be dangerous.
But right now, you had an interview.
Your first job as the new CEO of Stark Industries.
There was a knock on your door and you looked at it. You cleared your throat and straightened your tie.
Y/N: Come on.
The door opened and a young woman walked into the room. She was pretty, but she looked a bit familiar. What really stood out was the scar that was present on her cheek.
She had dark brown hair that was tied up with a black bow. On her finger was a ring that bore a red gem.
???: Hello. Uh, are you Mr. L/N?
You nodded with a friendly smile.
Y/N: I am. And you are....?
The woman smiled.
???: My name is Elise. Elise Creed. I'm here for the interview.
