The "Chosen" Ones

Xinyan's Reaction to Being "Chosen"

First off is Xinyan. When Xinyan got the text message notification, she was in the middle of a concert in Liyue Harbor, playing her guitar on top of a tower. When her phone rang, Xinyan put down her guitar, got out her phone, and replied to the text message that Eula sent her.

The text message said:

Congratulations Xinyan!

You are a winner and one of the "Chosen" Ones! You are a "Chosen" One because I "chose" you to be a SPECIAL guest of my hotel—and will be invited to stay at it FOR FREE FOR TEN YEARS!!! You got lucky!

Xinyan replied to the text message that Eula sent her. She said:

Xinyan: Hey Eula! I was in the middle of a concert when I got your notification! Can I continue the concert?

Eula: ABSOLUTELY!!! I would LOVE to see your concerts!

Xinyan: You invited me to Shimmer-Inn Wave; THAT'S A HOTEL—NOT A STAGE!!! Where in Shimmer-Inn Wave is a stage for my concerts?

Eula: There's going to be a VERY SPECIAL stage made JUST FOR YOU!!! It's a PORTABLE stage—it can fit in your pocket and you can place it ANYWHERE in Shimmer-Inn Wave WHENEVER you want to have a concert!

Xinyan: I have a stage, but where's my audience?

Eula: You already HAVE an audience—me and the OTHER TWO "Chosen" Ones! Whenever you want to have a concert, you can notify me!

Xinyan: Who are the OTHER TWO "Chosen" Ones?

Eula: Xingqiu and Beidou.

Xinyan: How would I get Xingqiu and Beidou to attend my concerts?

Eula: I'll MAKE sure the OTHER TWO "Chosen" Ones will attend ALL of your concerts!

Xinyan: Yay!

Eula: Having concerts is NOT the ONLY thing you can do at Shimmer-Inn Wave—there's a pool area, a gym, a water park, an arcade, a spa, and a TON more!

Xinyan: Cool! I would LOVE to go to Shimmer-Inn Wave!

Xinyan packed her things and IMMEDIATELY headed off to Shimmer-Inn Wave.
