Razor had woken up,he looked around him to see the forest he'd been in has been destroyed flames are everywhere
He tried to remember what happened but his head Hurts too much,getting up was also a bad idea for his body collapsed the second he tried to do it
Suddenly the memories came back to him,bennett asking to go for a walk,them being ambushed by some kind of creature that he didn't know what is,him trying to fight it off while bennett was working on something,and then a huge explosion
Wait...bennett where is he?!
He quickly got up even tho his body Hurts him he needed to find bennett no matter what
walking forward while looking around his eyes widened as he spotted something that made him fill up with dread
Bennetts was laying on a tree his body bleeding everywhere he didn't seem to be alive nonetheless it didn't stop the other from running to check on him
'Oh God no.....not him too!' Tears came quickly pouring down as razor fastened his pace
Finally arriving to his destination he collapsed on knees as more tears came out
While very much panicking he checks bennetts injuries,then he checks his pulse he lights up with joy and hope when he hears a noise
"Bennett! Please stay with me,I can't lose you too!"
He picks him up bridal style,running as fast as possible not caring on bit about injuries as the rush of adrenaline goes threw him his tears never stopping
Although came his surprise and relief when he feels some movement in his arms but he still continues on running focusing on what's in front of him more
"Hmm...."
Bennett slowly wakes up his fluttering open every few seconds as he gets more and more of his consciousness back
'Everything hurts......'
His head slowly turns up looking into the eyes of the one and only razor,while the memories more or less came back to him
"Razor..."
"Don't worry! I'm going to try to find a healer as fast as possible!"
"Razor there's no need for that I'm already done for....."
"Idiot! d-don't say things like that there's no way I'm letting you die on me!"
"Razor-"
"No! I'm not expecting this! You WILL heal a-and we'll get ice cream together! We'll go on more adventures and-"
"RAZOR I DON'T WANT MY LAST MEMORIES TO BE US FIGHTING!"
It goes silent as razor stops running,he leans on the tree next to him looking up to the sky with dull eyes
"Razor?"
Bennett looks at him his eyes half-ledded as the other lets out a small 'hm'
"Do you remember when we first met?"
"Hmm...at first I thought you were a weirdo turns out your a more bigger weirdo then I thought"
Bennett chuckles a little as small bits of tears come pouring down from his face
"Yeah I was an idiot wasn't I?"
"An idiot I had fallen for,unfortunately"
It goes silent again the two basked in the moonlight shinning on them,Bennett snuggled more into his little 'wolverine' with his big old smile
"You know....have i ever told you how you green eyes remind me of emerald?"
Bennett looked at him with curious eyes
"How so?"
" there unique,shiny,valuable,always giving people a sense of hope and happiness...."
"Pfff- you know gems can't do that!"
"They can't,but yours made me believe so"
Razor hugged him closer with a smile as the other chosen to be silent,but he quickly broke down into tears muttering apologizes
"Razor i- i-"
"Come on you don't have to hold it in"
"Razor I love you so much! I'm s-sorry for being such a nuisance,I'm sorry for ruining your life i- i-"
Razors heart broke more as Bennett wanted to continue but he stopped him
"Bennett hear me out,that's not true and you know it,you were my sunshine since the first day we met everything I looked up too when I woke up in the morning,you wanna know why I stayed with you till the end? That's because i-"
He stops himself his heart dropping when he feels his body going limp even tho he was expecting it he hugged him more tightly then ever and continued his sentence
" that's because I love you,you dumb Idiot ....."
It starts raining as he let out a cry of pain,screaming till his throat hurts wondering why
why did the gods choose to take Bennett but not him?
Why did they want him to suffer so much?
Bennett never deserved any of this,he was one of the nicest and kindest people on earth so why? Why,just why?
He passed out from bloodloss but that's didn't Matter to him as he remembers he would never see Bennett again
