In volleyball, a player who has a lot of stamina has an advantage since some games take long because of rallies and especially in five-set matches. Having a lot of it is very beneficial in matches and in training, for example, Hinata. Any sport requires a lot of stamina in order to win, in order to play, if you ran out of it quickly, you might experience difficulty in winning.

Unfortunately, yours has slowly been going down the drain.

And with that, you got out of bed after throwing your phone to the bed. You immediately took a shower and changed into your pajamas before doing your night routine. After doing your night routine, you decided to begin packing for your stay tomorrow. You didn't really need to pack so many clothes, just the important neccessities since you already have clothes back at the foundation. Yl toou used to stay there before you got too busy and needed to rent an apartment unit.

You once again plopped on your bed, making yourself comfortable under the sheets while checking some of your groupchats. As usual, the new groupchat that has the team and the Tokyo squad was on the top of your messages, all talking about the stay at foundation.
