Cringing at the loud noises of the outside world my mind kept traveling back to Anna. I hated her for what she did, but I honestly couldn't blame her.
She was always wanting sex anytime we talked she was begging for some type of sexual pleasure, don't get me wrong I enjoyed it but sometimes a girl wants to feel romantic.
"Alright maggots! Line up!" Coach Prock screeched "today we do the one mile first six here are excused from running tomorrow!"
I loved to run. I could outrun any of them twice if I wanted.
"New girl! I expect good timing from you!" Prock or Prick as I like to call her was yelling at the girl I had met in the locker rooms, she was slim and short with long Raven black hair that she somehow managed to pull into a ponytail her skin was tan but not overly tan... And her smell.. She smelled like a creek bank speckled with Apple blossoms and honeysuckle bushes. It made my mouth water.
Suddenly a loud whistle was busting out my eardrums jolting me from my imagination, the race had started and everyone was ahead of me but I didn't care because I was watching her. Jogging behind I kept a close eye on her I had a bad feeling as I looked around the woods the trail lead into.
About a minute or so in a crashing sound echoed around the trees, whatever it was, was large and moving fast towards the girl. Panic set in as I sped up seeing the blood red fur streaking our direction, yellow eyes locked on the unsuspecting girl.
"Move! Run faster!" I cried trying to get her attention. "Are you def I said run!" But she had her headphones in.
With no choice I shifted... Silver and white fur sprouted all over my shifting bones my eyes turning an icy white and long fangs going past my jaws. In a few leaps I met the blood thirsty Rough head on shoving the girl into a bush, crooked yellow teeth snapped at my throat I used my body weight to shove him into a tree.
To my surprise he was stronger than he looked he kicked back with his hind legs sending me into a tree I could hear my spine crack with the brute force.
Get up! Get up! I repeated in my mind.
"Leave her alone!" The girls voice rang out I opened my eyes to see her standing in front of me holding up a stick like it was a sword. "Get out of here you mean wolf!" The red wolf looked at her confused but backed away into the shadows.
And with that I blacked out..
