"Dear diary, Today was the big day, my birthday. freshmen year has been a nightmare and I haven't even been here that long. Between the bullies, my brothers issues, my parents problems, my depression, all of this is just too much I want to die, that's what I told my stuffed bear this morning, how could I live with such brokenness and pain inside, people around me say I've become cold. Darker in perspective and quite lately, I don't even notice"

(Later that night)
"Who is there?"
I asked frantically looking at the tall dark shadow in the corner of my room
"What do you want"
I asked
The figure did nothing for what seemed like hours but was only about twenty minutes.
After that it walked next to me and put it's hand gently over my neck as to comfort me, I immediately felt relaxed and drifted to sleep.

I seemed to be at peace with life and my self today. I don't know why, I can't even remember what happened last night, I remember being woken up and I don't know what to think.
