Harry pov:
I was walking to herbology when I heard someone call my name. I turn around and see my best mate Ron speed walking trying to catch up with me. I stop and wait for him "Hey Ron" I say as I look at him "You walk bloody fast!" Ron exclaimed "Sorry" I say as I turn around And start to walk again "What class do you have?" Ron asked. "Herbology. How about you?" I asked. "DADA. I wonder what the topic for today will be." Ron said. He's right, they haven't told us what the topic for DADA is. We go our separate ways. I get there early and see Neville there. "Hey Neville" I say. "Hey Harry." Neville says putting down the book I didn't even realise he was reading. "What are you reading?" I ask as I walk over to him. "A book about plants you should read it some time. It talks about...." There he goes on a rant about plants. It's not that i don't like plants or when Neville talks about them it's just he talks so fast that once you get one fact down he has already said about nine more. As more people walk in the door he stops talking and puts the book away. Well here goes the day.
Ron POV:
After I talked to Harry I made my way to my class. When I walked in I noticed that a lot of people were already there. I took my seat next to Hermoine "Hey 'Moine." I said "Hello Ron" She said "Can I ask you something?" I ask "You just did but go ahead." She said as she turned slightly to look at me. "What does it mean when your face heats up around somebody?" I ask. I might seem like I am the type to know what that means but I don't. "Ron, are you stupid?" Hermoine asked as she looked at me in the eyes. "Just tell me!" I say getting annoyed that she isn't answering me. "Who does this happen around?" She asked. I was confused about why she wanted to know but I just told her "it's Harry. Anyways, what does that mean?" she looked at me."It means you have a crush on Harry." she whispered. Do I?
Harry POV:
After class I went to find Luna. After a while of searching I finally saw Luna "Hey Luna." I say as I run up to her "Hello Harry" She says. "Can I talk to you about Ron ?" I ask. I have a crush on Ron. Luna helped me figure it out. "Sure" she says. We start walking to the ravenclaw common room. "Ok What did you want to talk about again?" She asked after she put her stuff away. "I wanted to ask for your help. I plan to ask Ron out sometime. But I don't know what to do. " I say as I look down to the ground in embarrassment. "Well why don't you just act like you want to talk about classes so you have a reason to talk to him and then after you are done before Ron walks off to do something ask him out and if he happens to reject you you can just say it was a dare and that you don't actually like him even tho i think he likes you back it's good to have a backup plan." Luna says. I am actually surprised that she knew exactly what to do. "Did you already have this sorted out?" I ask. "Yeah, I knew you were going to ask him out sometime." She said. Now I was really embarrassed. "Well thanks Luna" I say as I stand up "No problem" She says "Now you go find him and ask him out i have to go do my homework" She walks off. I leave to go find Ron. I see him in the Gryffindor common room "Hey Ron" I say as I sit down on the couch next to him "Hey harry" He said. I looked down at what he was working on. It was his potion's essay. "Hey Ron, can you help me with my DADA homework." i say. He looks at me with a look that says he needs to finish his essay first. "Plzzz" i beg and it seems to work "Fine" Ron says. After he helps me with my DADA homework I help him with his potions homework. After we finished with that Ron stands up and is about to leave "Wait" i say "Yeah?" he says as he looks at me. I muster up all my courage "Willyougooutwithme." i say "slow down mate." He says.i take a deep breath "Will you go out with me?" I say as I look down and a second I look back up and see the shocked look on his face. "Sorry I shouldn't have as-" I was cut off by a hug. I look to see Ron hugging me. "I would love to," He said. We spent the rest of the day cuddling on the couch doing our homework together. The next week at hogsmeade me and ron go on a date at the leaky cauldron. We eventually told hermoine and the rest of the weasleys that me and Ron were dating. Not long after me and Ron got together Ginny started dating Luna and Hermione started dating Pansy.
