OK, here's the thing: every chapter will contain a small part of Angelina's diary so you can see a bit into her POV.

"Christmas was Nice but I Still don't understand why Steve only invited Richard and me, he of all persons should know whats going in on right? It was killing to sit there without telling Richard the truth, Steve said it had to wait."

*Beeb *beeb

"shit"

Guess I overslept again, *beeb *beeb since when goes my alarm on after the second time? I opened my eyes and saw that I was in the hospital. Slowly all the memories came back, I fell out of a window and nearly died, jep that's all I guess. I started to look to my right, there stood the "alarm clock" it was just a regular heart monitor. Behind me there were get-well-soon-cards "Ohh at least I still have friends then," I thought out loud. Behind the monitor there was a wall, a white one "how typical" I commended to the wall. There was a blue door in the wall but I wasn't able to stand up so I just decided to let the door be for what it was. It was only  till then that I started feeling the pain in my legs and the pain in my arms, and in my chest, and, well, just everywhere. I looked to my right again to see if there was a painkiller button or something to call out a nurse or something like that but there wasn't. I looked to my left and there was Angelina "uhh hello there" I said she wasn't reacting. When I looked closer and saw that she was asleep, "hmmm probably the best thing to do for me too" I mumbled and I the room faded out into nothing again.

I don't know how long it took till I woke up again but Angelina was gone when I did. I looked to my right and saw that I got a button with a bell on it next to my bed. I pushed it on good luck but nothing happened. I looked around a bit and saw a few chairs next to my bed, not fancy ones but just simple, grey chairs. Next to the chairs there stood a bin, the bin was filled with coca cola light bottles and subway rappers. I only knew one person that drank coca cola light: Angelina. I made out of this that  this meant that she came here a lot. "Mister Dekker! you're awake! how are you feeling?" I looked over to the door and saw a nurse. She was in her twenties and so happy that you would think she had won the lottery. "Is everything OK?" she asked "Uhh yes?" "ahhh excellent, what nice, what nice". "Wow I have seen puppies less exited" I thought. "here is something to eat, I'll call miss Dekker right away. And before I could ask questions she already was gone. "Miss Dekker, I didn't know that I was married" I said to the wall, it didn't say anything back, "bastard". I was in a funny mood, I think it had something to do with the painkillers.

After a while the door opened again, the nurse was back and said "here's miss Dekker". she made space so someone could enter. To my suprise it was Angelina, "I'll leave you two alone" the nurse said and she closed the door behind her. "since when am I married to you?" I asked her. "since they didn't let me in in the first place" was her answer. "how are you feeling? you must feel horrible" "I'm fine, I'm fine, how long have I been out?" "you've been in a coma for two months" "wow! slow down a bit!, damn". Two months is a long time so I wondered what had happened in the time I was away.

"so, whatsup with the other guys?" I asked her. It was about two hours later, we where having dinner. I putted my chickensoup away to make place for desert: ice cream! Ofcourse it wasn't on the tray that the nurse, now a bit tired and not as happy anymore (thankfully) gave me. Angelina bought it for me at the restaurant in the hospital. "uhh, well, uhm" "go on tell me, how bad can it be?" "well, they're all dead" "whut?!". Of suprise I had dropped my spoon on under my blankets. I looked under them to get it. "wow, looks like I wasn't far away from joining them" I said. My body was messed up, there where scratches all over my chest and it looked like there was a bullet hole in my left leg. "Yeah, you where the luckiest person in the world, surviving a five metre drop".

"Yes Richard they're all dead, there is nothing we can do about it, I'm sorry". The officer that was supposed to bring the news walked away. I just couldn't get it, yes almost everyone was down but I didn't expect dead. According to the officer the back-up squad came into the house when the gunfire stopped and they had shot a few of the attackers. But when they came in they found a totally empty house, the group of men had escaped through a tunnel under the building. At the end of the tunnel they found a hideout with traces of cars. Ofcourse they where gone.

After a while Steve came into my room "look who's back among the living" he said happily. Then he noticed that I wasn't so happy. "they already told you, didn't they?" "yes they did". "I'm very sorry" he said "Its OK, there was nothing you could do about it". "have they been buried yet?" I knew it could take weeks before the investigators gave a body back. "Yes, strictly they are buried" he looked at the door to see if no one was listening and continued. "Between us, they haven't been buried yet, because there where no bodies to burry". "What?!"

"sssst, sssst, not so loud" he looked over his shoulder to see if someone was listening. "yes, when the coast was clear they went into the house. They found nothing, only blood. There was a blood trace to a secret tunnel that led to a save house with cars, god knows why they took the bodies." "this story is getting crazier and crazier" I said in my head. "And what about those attack dogs?" I asked. "Well, that's another thing, they searched the whole house but they didn't even found a trace of a dog kennel or dog food. " I don't know details of the investigation, but I can say that they are stuck as hell."

After a while Steve also left, he had some stuff to do he said. This case was the strangest one I've ever heared of. And I wanted answers, I wanted to solve it but first, I wanted to get out of this damn hospital.
