Lost Kitten

Part 2: discovering outside

All 5 kittens are brought outside on a summer day to see the outside world. This is going to be a challenge for Shadow, he is still very puny. His sister pounced on him to play and he's so small she could of killed him. They're 3 months old, but Shadow looks 1 month old.
Shadow is by an unground pool and slips in and he struggles! His small paws move quick to get back up to the surface. A clever pug trots over and tries to save him. Shadow hisses and water gets in his mouth, he wasn't going to make it. He was drowning and choking. He doesn't understand the pug was trying to help him! The pug thinks... He runs through his doggy door and jumps up on his owner the pug barks and whines and scratches her. His owner finally gets up and sees what's wrong. She sees Shadow drowning!! She only has a few moments to save him.
She pulls Shadow right out and holds him like a baby and rushes him inside. She takes Shadow and let's him cough up the water and dries him up. And snuggles with him in her warm bed to happy and accompany him. A few hours later he's back to normal. He learned his lesson for sure! No pool swimming for KITTENS!
