Promised Snuggle

it was another clear and sunny day in korea. most of the boys except for jin were asleep (he was trying to fly a kite).

taehyung and hoseok shared a room and namjoon, jin, jimin, and yoongi all slept separately.

currently hoseok was on his phone when he sensed someone moving on the bed next to him.

"hey tae, it's 12:05pm, dont you think it's time to wake up?"

taehyung rubbed his eyes and internally scoffed, "why did i wake up so early"

hoseok giggled and proceeded to get up from his bed and head out to freshen himself up, leaving taehyung alone in the room. taehyung was just staring at the ceiling when he started to think about the conversation he and jungkook had the other night. it had truly been a relationship changing conversation. both jungkook and taehyung have been dating for a couple of years now but things had become awkward between them. they'd be separated by the staff members, they couldn't show affection on camera most of the time, and their busy schedules made it hard for them to ever properly hang out and speak to each other.

"one of these days... would it be alright if you came over to my room and slept with me? like, actually sleep please don't get the wrong idea, we're surrounded by cameras" jungkook chuckled nervously, looking at taehyung right in the eyes trying to seek some sort of reaction.

in just a split second taehyungs face lit up like the sun with the most beautiful smile jungkook had ever laid his eyes on. "of course kookie, don't worry i'll go over one of these days"

so now here taehyung was, on their last morning of their mini vacation and he hasn't fulfilled jungkooks only request. after a few more minutes of thinking he got up from bed, went to the bathroom to freshen up, put on a snapback and made his way over to jungkooks room across the yard.

as taehyung walked over he could see jin and hoseok trying to fly a kite. once he finally made it over he didn't even bother to knock on the door. he walked right in closing the door softly.

jungkook was facing the door so the minute he heard footsteps he prayed that it was taehyung and to his delight it was. he was so relieved. he thought that taehyung had forgotten.

the night before he got into bed (he wished that he had a mosquito net but jimin being drunk out of his mind broke it to pieces) hoping that taehyung would come over. it was their last night there and he wanted it to be something cute for them. he missed sleeping in the same bed as taehyung, so when he went to bed and waited a few more hours for him he felt deflated when taehyung hadn't shown up.

now it was the morning time and taehyung had walked through the door. jungkook was still tired out of his mind but he was so excited to know that taehyung actually showed up.

as taehyung walked over to the bed he climbed up, discarding his snapback, dropping it onto the floor, while practically engulfing jungkooks body with his own. jungkook rolled over positioning himself differently while taehyung got comfortable and cuddled onto him. they were quite practically spooning. there was a quilt in the way bothering taehyung so he moved it away and threw his legs over jungkooks body and his arm around jungkooks neck. jungkook felt a type of warmth he hadn't felt in so long as he used his left hand to pull taehyungs right arm closer to him. he linked their fingers together and jungkook placed a light kiss on taehyungs knuckles.

"hey kookie, did you think i had forgotten about you asking me to come over?" taehyung leaned forward and placed soft kisses onto the back of the jungkook neck causing him to get chills. taehyung laughed softly when jungkook mumbled something, clearly he was still very tired.

both boys fell asleep for about an hour when jin and hoseoks screaming over a kite woke taehyung up. both boys were almost in the same position except this time jungkook was actually facing taehyung. their faces were only a few inches apart and taehyung was absolutely mesmerized by jungkooks beauty. he had the most beautiful eyes (even while they were closed), his cheeks were puffed out as his face was smushed onto the bed sheets, his nose seemed to be sculpted by the gods above and his beautiful small lips... those were taehyungs favorite feature on jungkook, besides his ears.
