Miku was shocked by what was happening. First, the co-bullies showed up. Second, she found out who the true murderers were. Third, her beloved pet fish, Melody was eaten by Scourge. And finally, just as they were about to kill her, this boy showed up and saved her.
As Miku was pondering over the whole situation, Scourge, Earnest, and Clover were angry that their plan that was actually working was being ruined by that BOY!
Scourge: [Pissed] Or else what, you Highschool Sweetheart freak?!!!!
Senpai responded to his temper by throwing more books at the co-bullies. [Not trying to hurt them, of course]
Brittney: Screw this! I'm outta here!
Ross: Yeah! We only came here to do the job, not almost get killed! [He, Robert, and Brittney dashed off]
Earnest: [He and Clover were looking annoyed at them] Cowards. [Another textbook was thrown at them, causing them to book it too] On second thought, WAIT FOR US!!! [He and Clover dash off]
Scourge: [Decides to run like the rest, but not before shouting at Miku] Beware, Miku!!! That Highschool Sweetheart can't protect you forever!!! [He then ran with the rest]
Senpai: [Turned to Miku, baffled by her appearence again] Hey. Miku, right? Uh, are you alright?
Miku: [Remembers the boy from yesterday] Wait a minute! I know you! You're that boy I bumped into yesterday! [Senpai nodded] I, uh, actually never got your name.
Senpai: Senpai.
Miku: Thanks for saving me. Uh, how did you know that I was in danger?
Senpai: I was getting my stuff from my locker when I heard you crying. I ran here just in time to see that green hedgehog eating your fish. I'm sorry I couldn't save her on time.
Miku: [Tearing up a bit] It's okay. I just can't believe that she's gone now! She was my best friend!
Senpai: Hey. Cheer up, Miku, I'm sure things will get better.
Miku: [Sobbing] NO IT WON'T!!!! I ALMOST GOT KILLED BY THOSE BULLIES, AND NOW I'LL NEVER BE ABLE TO SEE MY BELOVED MELODY AGAIN!!!!
Senpai responded by hugging her for comfort.
Senpai: There there, Miku. Things will get better. I promise.
Miku: [Cheering up a bit] Thanks, Senpai. I'm glad you were here to make me feel better. Well, I have to go home now. My little brother won't let me hear the end of it if I don't get home and make dinner for us. [As she was about to leave, Senpai grabbed onto her arm]
Senpai: Wait! Would you allow me to walk you home? [Miku blushed softly. She was surprised from the offer. How could she possibly say no?]
Miku: Sure. [They then began to walk back to Miku's house]
