The Day of the Unspeakable

On a rainy day in they year 1986 Amber Willow and her little brother Evan were watching a movie called "Monster Squad" it was Evan's favorite movie of all time while Amber liked horror movies better more but she would do anything to make her little brother happy. All of a sudden the power goes out and Amber goes down into the basement to check the fuse box and she didn't realize that everyone's power went out. She went to go check on her little brother to see if he was ok and to see if everything else was ok, when she was walking up the stairs to lead to the living room the basement door slammed shut in her face and she tried everything to get it to open but it didn't budge "COME ON, YOU STUPID DOOR OPEN UP ALREADY!!!!" Amber yelled out in anger and and all of a sudden the door opened and she heard what could be heavy duty boots running up the stairs leading to everyone's rooms. "Hello, is anyone there?" She called out but nothing but silence lingered in the long hallway. "Come one Evan, this isn't funny and I'm scared of you!" She yelled but all she heard was laughter in return so Amber slowly walked into the hallway and stopped once she reached Evan's room. "Evan where are you?" Amber asked with anxiety in her voice. "Evan isn't here young lady, he is at my house having the time of his life and he will never leave." The unknown voice called out. " No I want my little brother back, we did nothing to you! Amber yelled out in anger but the unknown voice didn't reply instead she heard the window close and a figure wearing a cloak looked at her and disappeared. 

Amber ran downstairs and went to her friend Bruce's house and told him everything and he believed her and didn't think sh was crazy and insane instead he helped her calm down to the point where she could call her parents and tell them what happened. Amber's parents came home twenty minutes after she called. Amber was worried about her family and now scared she might lose Evan to that figure. The police came and filed a missing kid report while Amber was upstairs in Evan's room laying on his bed and holding a stuffed animal that she gave to him when he first came home from the hospital. She fell asleep like that and when she woke up she realized it was the last day of school. 

This is my first ever book that I have written so sorry if it sucks just that I realized that I wanted people to read this book instead of having it in my storage. So I hope you enjoyed!!!!!
