Request: "first date, after dinner and movie Liv takes y/n to the beach and y/n is nervous to hold liv's hand."

After watching a movie, Olivia took you to an outdoor cafe for a light dinner where the both of you talked about how sad the movie was.

"I'm gonna miss Tony and Natasha so much." Olivia sniffled sadly before taking a sip of her iced tea, "well yeah, Natasha definitely, but I think I'm gonna miss Loki more." You said.

You were currently finishing up dinner having watched 'Avengers Endgame' in the theatre about an hour ago where both you and Olivia full on cried.

"Oh come on, you know Loki's just gonna come back in the next movie, he always comes back." Olivia said and you shrugged.

"You never know. He's a very good character but it'd be dumb of them to kill three of the best Avengers"

"I agree, I mean he's hot and broken and everything you can ask in a fictional man."

"Right?!"

You see now having a stroll down the beach and talking about your past relationships.

"I've never met someone who has the exes talk on the first date." You said honestly.

"I guess I'm special."

"You are."

Okay, now is the time y/n. Grab her hand! Just move your hand 2 inches to the right!

You kept staring at her hand while trying to bring yourself to hold her hands.

It was such a simple task, yet you couldn't do it. You had flirted with her, made her blush, and even had a civil argument about the strongest avenger.... Yet you couldn't hold her hand.

Somehow, all the confidence you had while hitting on her was gone as soon as you tried to hold her hand.

It was a big step, maybe your supposed to be nervous, kinda like the first kiss.... Right?

Maybe you shouldn't just grab it, I mean you need consent... obviously.

You looked up at her to see her already looking at you, she was about to say something but you spoke up first, "C-can I like umm, would you mind if I like, I mean you can say no it's really okay, but would you mind if I took your hand and like held it or whatever...?" You looked at her eyes hopefully, searching her eyes for an answer.

Instead she just laughed and snorted cutely covering her mouth and nose as soon as it come out, "oh my god sorry."

"What for? It was adorable." You couldn't stop smiling, "but why'd you laugh?"

"Because you're asking for permission to hold my hand.... I guess no ones ever done that before. I thought it was funny." She answered.

"So can I?" You asked once again and this time she answered with a nod.

You quickly slipped your hand into hers, smiling up at her brightly before continuing to walk down the beach.
