Queen of Shifters/Werewolve's

chapter one

I grew up in Bon Temps Louisiana, my name is Olivia Rose I was normal until I turned 16 when we moved to Memphis Tennessee. Thats where I became the Queen of Shifters & Weres.

One night I was fast asleep in my bed when I was summoned to a congress of floating dragon ghosts, I was floating in the middle of them all amazed at all the dragons surrounding me. I had absolutely no idea what was going on, but this was cool. There was twelve dragons total, I wasnt sure what type of dragons there were but the colors of each were simple enough there was Maroon in the center, blue on the right, yellow on the left they look like the top three then surrounding them there were orange, green, pink, sapphire, purple, red, turquoise, grey, and white. The Maroon dragon looks at me her eyes were grey and red; they were so pretty.

"What is your name?"

I ask softly to the maroon dragon who looked surprised that I asked the question. She spoke with a cool smooth voice.

"Child, you are not afraid?"

"No, am I supposed to?"

If dragons could smile, I could swear she was smiling at me, her eyes grew soft as she looks towards me almost a loving look.

"My name is Frerryry, but you may call me Frey. We are the dragon counsel; we believe it is time to awaken the dragon inside of you."

"Im a dragon?"

"Yes, my child you are."

"But I didnt know dragons existed, vampires came out, but dragons are real. Is there anything else thats real?"

"Yes, there are many things in this world that are hidden. You will learn that werewolves and shifters are soon to come out to this world."

"Werewolves exist? And shifters? What else exists?"

"Vampires, Werewolves, Shape-Shifters, Fae, Demons, Witches, and many more creatures, you will learn more once we unlock your dragon with in you."

"Why didnt you mention dragons?"

"We are a form of both Shifters and Weres."

"Ohh, so when you awaken the dragon inside of me will I be able to shift into any form."

"Yes child, dragons during this era will be quite shocking. So chose any form, the first-time shift will hurt but after that all shifts you do will be easy."

"Ms. Frey, what type of dragon am I? I get the feeling your not telling me everything."

A small puff of smoke comes from her nostrils. Im taking that as a giggle.

"You are indeed bright, and ready. We waited till you came of age. Olivia Rose you are the Queen dragon, meaning you are the Queen of both Shifters and Weres. We know this is a lot but we are sure you can handle this and reunite the shifters and Weres to their former glory. And to answer your question your dragons name was Raja she is a beautiful black dragon the largest out of the council of 12."

"Will Raja be with me?"

"Raja will always be with you, but she has long since passed her spirit resides inside of you, you will not be able to hear her voice, but you will feel her influence on certain things. Her spirit will give you the confidence and the assertiveness you need. You will feel strength like youve never felt before. And of course, we will always be with you, we will give you advice, also each one of our abilities will be with you."

"May I know your names and abilities?"

"Of course, there are 6 female dragons and 6 male dragons. You know my name already which is frerryry and my ability is animal meaning you can shift into any animal including your dragon form, the yellow one is called Tanit her ability is peace you can turn a stressful situation into peaceful one within mere minutes, Pink is called Nieves her ability is fire, Sapphire is called Sarmite her ability is light you may use the ability to light the way of any dark path, grey is called opal her ability is curse you can curse anyone who you think deserves it, and the last female is white who is called Libellee and her ability is air you can use the air to enhance your fighting skills or just to be sneaky."

"Now the male dragons the first one is blue his name is pendragon his ability is to heal, orange is called Nilakanta his ability is frozen you can freeze anyone on the spot, green is called Ryuu his ability is truth you can make anyone tell the truth if you believe they are lying to you, purple is called Unniass his ability is cosmic you are able to go to any universe or reality with the ability, red is called Bazzoit his ability is portal this ability will allow you to travel the through any dimension just like cosmic but itll make it easier, and finally turquoise is called Naga and his ability is shield you will be able to make an unbreakable shield."

"Oh ok. Those are really awesome powers! You are all amazing! I cant wait to get to know all of you!"

I didnt know if dragons could blush or not but if they could I would swear they were I couldnt help but smiling at them all.

"I mean it!"

"We know and we are very glad, but we are quite surprised that youre taking all this so well."

"Yea, well to be honest I dont think its set in yet but even when it does ill still be very happy. Im happy you accepted me to be the queen, Im happy that you trust me with this big responsibility."

I couldnt tell but Im pretty sure they were all smiling and content with my answer.

"Well Olivia, are you ready to shift into your dragon?"

My eyes widen as I nod my head enthusiastically with a blink of an eye, I was standing in my nightdress in the middle of a clearing surrounded by trees I could see the top of my house about a mile away. The stars and the moon lighting the night sky, looking up seeing the dragon spirits surrounding me.

"Now Olivia, to summon your dragon close your eyes and focus on what she would look like. Raja was/is a black dragon, just to let you know."

"Ok Frey, thank you."

Closing my eyes I concentrate, picturing a beautiful black dragon with bright purple eyes, I felt a warmth surround me. It felt comforting, familiar almost like I knew what it was I was feeling. I saw Raja she was smiling at me.

"My dear child it is time are you ready?"

"Yes, Im ready ill make you proud I promise all of you."

"I know you will. Once you shift the other dragons will disappear inside of you. You will not hear them, but their powers will be yours. Do not be afraid you will never be alone. This is the last time I can talk with you."

"I understand Raja Thank you"

I felt a surge of pain shoot up my back making me collapse to my knees. I guttural yell came from my throat as tears slid down my face as my hands clawed at the grass going knuckles deep.

A soft voice in my head calming me as heard Raja disappear inside of me. As my body stretched, moved and the bones rearranging as I felt each of the twelve absorb into me slowly. After about 5 minutes which felt like hours my eyes open as I was alone in the forest. I stood to my full height which was at least 10ft tall maybe taller, my wings spread wide as I accidently cut off the tops of the trees, my wings span at least 45ft long on either side. My head looks up towards the sky as a very loud very deep roar comes from my throat alerting everyone and everything around me that the queen has returned.
