As if some magical force was working in our favor, the rain stopped and the sky started to clear. You never know what kind of weather you're going to get in Seattle but for the most part it's rain.
It's like fate was in our favor. Maybe this is a sign that I should trust Dylan and open up to him.
"Well, looks like it's completely cleared now. I will see you in the morning Selena." He smiled.
"Hi Dyl.." A blonde woman said lowly, interrupting our conversation.
Dylan waved in response. "Selena this is Britt, Madi's mom."

"Hi Britt." I smiled. "It's so nice to meet you!"
"You too Selena.. Madi and Dyl have told me so much about you. Madi just adores you." She smiled.
"Well I adore her too." I nodded. "But I was just heading out, Britt it was great to meet you and Dylan I will see you in the morning."

"She's beautiful Dyl." Britt smiled.
"Yea, she really is." I nodded. "I really like her but she just wants to be friends, she said she doesn't date at all but won't give any explanation as to why.. I don't know what to do."
"Well I'm not sure what she's gone through to make her feel that way but it must have been something traumatic." She crossed her arms. "How long are you willing to wait for this girl?"
"Honestly.. I'd wait forever for her." I said wholeheartedly.
"Then don't give up on her Dyl. I'm sure when she is ready to open up to you she will. Just give her time and until then be there for her when she needs you."
"I'll do whatever I can to be there for her." I nodded. "Thank you for the advice Britt, I'll go get Madi."
