Hello! I'm Eloise, Ravenclaw and rocking it. I'm sure that many of you reading this are experiencing a very significant problem right now, or have been ever since you turned 11....your Hogwarts letter has been delayed. There are many things that could have happened to this letter; the owl could have become extremely lost (it's possible that Errol was used to make this delivery, God knows why!), possibly fallen into the sea or the letter never even sent (maybe they wanted to protect your magical gifts from exposure to the wizarding world. Just trust them.) If this is the case, then you will also understand what it is like to have the fandom become your life.
We must read any fanfiction we can so that we are prepared for our first year at Hogwarts, and make sure to read and re-read the entire Harry Potter series over and over again. This will strengthen our knowledge of Hogwarts and ready us for some hardcore magic. So; if I happen to have triggered something inside you, remember to stay strong, refrain from killing any annoying muggles (sadly, you may be stuck with them for a while) and keep reading.
