I saw you from far away that night,
Oh and how I knew this day would come.
I knew I'd meet you in the streets someday,
And I knew I'd find you in the red burger place.
Thus I never went there.

I saw your stories and guessed where you were,
I avoided visiting those places at any cost,
At least until you leave.
Fortunately, the 1sf of August didn't go as planned.

I noticed the octy, and those random numbers,
They matched with what I had in my memory.
I asked out of curiosity,
wishing I was wrong,
Yet I was right.

Black glass it is,
I saw your blurry face.
And the minute you lowered your window,
My breathing came to an end.

Then we talked later at night,
We sorted things out.
Or so as I thought..
I followed my heart,
The same heart that led me to pain and hurt.

I never imagined it would feel this hard,
To have you back.
The hurtful memories still hunt me back,
Whenever your name pops out in notifications.

We talked couple of times,
And in each of them
I erase what I write down at least once,
Thinking that I might be talking too much.

Forgive my lack of vocabulary,
I lost it all once you got back.
But I don't wanna lose myself again,
